Lee’s management was very helpful. The project supervisor Matthew and the Roofing supervisor Nathan were very knowledgeable, accommodating, respectful, and very ethical. They were personable and helpful addressing any concerns or questions. Their project work crews coordination at every phase of the project was timely and organized. They scheduled a follow up meeting with us after project completion to make sure everything was satisfactory. We were definitely happy with their work.

We recently discovered a leak in our roof and were referred to Lee’s Roofing by a neighbor—and we’re so glad we called them! They were incredibly prompt, sending out an inspector, Matthew Brady, right away. Matthew quickly identified the issue and had a roofing crew scheduled to begin work the very next day. He also connected us with a drywall and painting contractor to repair the interior damage. From start to finish, Matthew was exceptional—professional, organized, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He coordinated the entire project seamlessly, and the whole process was completed within just a few days. The quality of work and the level of service we received exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Lee’s Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and high-quality roofing services!

The rep. They sent out, Mike, went way above and beyond our expectations. Very professional. I was very impressed how they went about every detail. I was also very impressed with the layout of solutions. I don’t think you could hire a better company. We had also used them in the past for our heating & air.

I had my roof replaced. We had cedar shake and they found out I didn't have any plywood. We were having a lot of leaks and i am grateful for their service and quality of work.

NEVER call these guys!!!! Total scam artists!! I had Leeâ s come out because cold air was blowing out when I turned the heat on in my house. The first tech came out and said I needed to $7,000-$9,000 in repairs because there was a safety code registering and they wouldnâ t be able to fix it without rebuilding a portion of the unit but wanted his boss to come out to check it out. His boss came out and said it was better that I just replaced my unit and quoted me $26,000. Then he said my other unit was old and should be replaced too and quoted me $47,000 for both units. Said if I gave him the green light he would have 5 guys at the house the next morning and theyâ d get the job done. I called a different HVAC company to get a second opinion and they came to the house and within 2 mins they identified that it was a wiring issue with the thermostat and fixed the problem for $100. Leeâ s never even took the thermostat off the wall to check the wiring. One of the first questions the tech asked me was if I had a home warranty or not because all they wanted to do was sell me a new unit.

Quick response to replace a tankless water heater that went completely out and had to be replaced. The employees of Lees Plumbing were very professional. The only downside was the cost for replacement which ended up costing 5400.00

The technician knew what to do immediately, and replaced our thermostat promptly within about 2 hours (including time to order and pick up the replacement part). Price was a bit high, but I was not really in a position to negotiate.

Very reliable and good communication from beginning to end

Wanted to charge $400 for a 30 minute plumbing fix on parts that I already supplied. My lawyer does not make that much per hour. After some haggling the price came down to $250 and it took him 20 minutes to complete work. Iâ m not a confrontational person by personality so I hated having to haggle with him, after I already payed $50 for them to quote. I really liked the pleasant person and end work product but because he quoted me an outlandish price out the gate, I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Repair was timely and good but a little expensive

Pleasant / polite young men. Explained what was needed to repair the leak. My only complaint is that they had to back to the shop for a specific tool or part.

Keep me informed of his scheduled arrival time when his prior job was running late. Was very professional and quickly resolved the problem. I will definitely consider Lee's Air for any future projects.
