Description of Work: I called Martin Alvarez, of Brilliant Blue Pools, and spoke to him briefly about getting my pool pump/filter grids cleaned and the charges for that service, etc.(it was May 27, 2014). He said he was busy but he would check with his worker(other pool tech) to see if his tech could come out to my house...he said he would call me back soon or his tech would call me. I called Mr. Alvarez back the next morning, May 28, 2014, and that afternoon too. Also, I called him back the morning of May 29, 2014. Mr. Alvarez did not answer his phone the times I called him...I left messages but never received a call-back from him or from his pool tech worker. I gave-up on Mr. Alvarez, so I contacted a different pool service business and made an appointment for June 3, 2014. To this day, June 19, 2014, I have not received any contact from anyone at Billiant Blue Pools. I only called them in the firt place because of the positive review I read on Angie's List. What a shame, I was very disappointed, and I feel like Brilliant Blue Pools did not act professional at all.

+ -1 moreMartin is very friendly and professional. He is a nice person to deal with, and he's done a great job on cleaning our old DE pool filter. We really like him and would recommend him to anyone. I think he also offers weekly pool service, but we do our own pool maintenance, except for the filter. If someone wanted to hire him for weekly service, though, I'd recommend him based on our experience, because he's a nice guy and very reliable and professional.
Description of Work: Martin has come and cleaned our DE pool filter several times over the past few years. He's coming again this week.
