Description of Work: Complete removal of 2 layers of shingles, did needed repairs on underlay and replaced damaged boards. Replaced rotted facia board on patio. Replaced all vents and installed new roof on house and patio. Ricky and the team were punctual, very professional yet friendly. They answered all my questions i had to my satisfaction. Ricky explained the complete process before i signed the contract. The team cleaned up all the debris and left a clean yard. Nicole was very helpful with any concerns i had and very friendly. I can't say enough good things about this experience except i am telling all my friends how great Ricky, the office staff and the crew how efficient they were. And to top it off Apex had the best price. Thank you Ricky and Apex valley roofing.

We ended up going with a different company for the house (no fault of theirs) but my husband does a lot of business in real estate and had kept the information for Apex in order to use them in the future. Description of Work: Apex made this experience painless. They were very responsive to my needs and timeline. The workers were mindful of the tenant's needs and were quick, professional and clean. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the cost.

Description of Work: I noticed a spot on the ceiling that appeared to be caused by a leak in the roof over the weekend. Called them on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning. Ricky showed up exactly on time, examined the roof, and determined that the leak was caused by insufficient sealant around a vent pipe. He did the repair right then for only $50.00. It has not rained since the repair, so I was unable to rate the quality of work, but I am fairly certain he solved the problem.

Description of Work: I had the complete roof redone. They striped the old roof, laid new paper and shingles. I made an appt. and nick came out when he stated, got a quote and schedueld work to be done. They had a cancellation and acrually started before the original schedule. They were very quick an dhad the rood done in 2 1/2 days. I was very pleased and would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I had a small area (300 sf) to have roofed. I called Apex Roofing based on previous Angie's List comments which were all favorable and I must say, I agree. Ricky came over, saw the job, gave me an estimate and a date of installation. His crew was on time and worked very efficiently. They were done in a few hours. I had actually considered doing the job myself but am very happy I called Apex. I would hire them again. I also asked for a roof certificate as a friend of mine had some recent water damage and the insurance company would not cover it because they said she did not properly maintain the roof. Apex did a thorough inspection, sealed any areas that needed sealing and inspected the rest of the roof area.
