She did a good job. The price was reasonable. She was friendly.

I needed emergency cleaning in preparation of my in-laws visiting. My wife had hurt her back and I had to take care of our 10 month old son so I couldn't do it. Alicia fit me in that day, showed up on time and worked until after 7 PM to put the house in order. She was cheerful and competent. We are having her return.

Very good experience. She and her team are great and do an outstanding job.

She's honest and hardworking. She does the job right. We haven't had any problems with her. She has good employees who show up when they are supposed to, and they do a good job. She's very kind and courteous as well. I'd recommend her to anybody.

I called Alicia on October 23rd to provide an estimate. She dropped by the same day to take a look & quoted $150 for what we wanted done. She agreed to schedule us for the next day. Since the house was vacant, we had agreed ahead of time that we were going to let them in & have them call when they were done. Alicia sent the other workers first & they finished in about 3 hours.Once they called us, we went to inspect their work and almost everything looked as good as new. (I can confirm though, what another reviewer said about Alicia being the only bilingual speaker.)

I scheduled an appointment with Alicia for an estimate several days ahead of time. I was trying to get an estimate on cleaning my father in laws estate for a sale. I live out of town, so it was very important that we keep the appointment. I called Alicia the morning of the appointment like she requested. She never called back nor did she show up for the appointment. Very unprofessional. It's now 2 days later and she still hasn't called.

Alicia gave me all the details I had asked for in great detail, and she was flexible as to my timing, and I was really happy with the outcome.

Another housecleaning service, Fonzi Professional House Cleaning did not show up for their appointment (I waited an hour and a half) so I signed up for Angie's List. Alicia's had mostly positive reviews so I thought I'd give her a shot. She was easy to get a hold of and worked with me and actually came the same day I called because someone else canceled on her. She showed with 3 other girls up for an estimate, looked over the house, and told me $175 for the complete job. Honestly, I thought that was high. I was only going to pay $77 for Fonzis but then again, they're not reliable. I mentioned the Angie's List discount I thought I saw advertised and she discounted the price 10%. At this time, I was informed they don't bring their own cleaning supplies. She said they used to but a lot of people don't like the rags from another hosue touching theirs, etc. Whatever, not a big deal to me so I showed her what I had and they went to work. I couldn't believe how long it was taking them to get through the first room... but when I checked in on them and saw how much work they were doing, and getting up on a stool to reach and dust these high places, etc. I realized this was no ordinary house cleaning like my wife and I do. Long story short, they finished 4 hours later and the last time the house was this clean was when we moved in. Next time she comes it will only be $85 and take about 2 hours. All in all, the price is fair considering the time they spent. I'm happy so far and will have her crew back again.

Overall, the experience has been great. Alicia has a small crew. They're very efficient and don't slack off; they do a great job every time!

I had called Alicia's Housekeeping and had asked her to stop by and give an estimate so I can get an idea, how much it costs to get services performed twice a month. Anyways, she supposed to stop by the end of the next day, which she never did. So I had called her again to check with her, and her excuse was she had an emergency, so she couldn't make it. Ok, then she tells me that she has to reschedule another appt with me, so she would call me back in a few hours to let me know....Never heard back till today....LOUSY Service.

Alicia arrived on time and went right to work. She is cheerful, efficient and professional. I would say she is the best cleaning service I have ever used and I have hired many. I will continue to use her and highly recommend her.

They are very thorough and very good. I have met Alicia and her helper and they are very sweet. The helper doesn't speak English and so we just talk to Alicia. The price is average. We have had people before and that is about what they also charged. The quality of their work is very good and we have no complaints. They are very punctual and call before they come, and they always let us know if they cannot come at the scheduled time.

Alicia's small team really knew how to make full use of their time. They were reasonably priced.

The work was very clean, and it was well done; I was satisfied with it. She was professional, and her price was reasonable. I would use her again in the future if necessary.

Alicia's Housekeeping Alicia's Housekeeping, did a really good job. Price was reasonable. We had moved into another home, and it was a mess before we moved in, so we hired Alicia's Housekeeping. I talked to her on the phone and had told her I would leave a key in the door. When she got there, the carpet cleaners had left with the key, and she couldn't get in. She was very nice and waited there for me to come and nice her a new key. She(They), was great.

Their price is fair for what they do. Everything is great and I have been happy. They are punctual and efficient. Everything is fine. I am still using them.

She does an excellent job, is always on time and her price is incredibly reasonable. My wife says she will stick with Alicia for life as she is amazing. I recommend her to others. The $160 is for bi-monthly cleaning; She and another woman come in and clean for hours each time and so the money is well worth it.

Since I'm redoing different areas of my house, the only rooms they could work in were the bathrooms and kitchen. The rest of the house had too much out of place and the rooms were very messy, so it wasn't worth getting into them to clean. We discussed where all my cleaners, rags, trash cans, etc were and they got to work. We stayed out of each other's way and all went very smoothly. They'll be coming back in a month and, hopefully, be able to get into more rooms to clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Extremely well. Alicia arrived as previously planned and worked diligently until the house was finished. They were thorough and did an excellent job. I will definitely use her service again and will recommend her to all of my friends.

MY WIFE IS VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPANIES SERVICES. WHEN MY WIFE'S HAPPY. EVERYONE IS HAPPY. SHE GETS ALONG WELL WITH THE LADIES TOO. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND WE ARE AMAZED AT HOW EFFICIENT THEY ARE.
