WONDERFUL I WOULD HIRE AGAIN FOR SURE

Alicia was way too expensive for my basic needs.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of Alicia and her crew. I would definitely hire her again and would also highly recommend her!

She did very well, left the house very clean. I would hire again. I am going to sell the house, so I wanted linoleum floors, cabinets, bathroom and kitchen counters, and lower walls cleaned. All that was done very well.

She did not answer my call in regards to setting up a time to come over and give me an estimate. She had said she would come today, but had not given me the time. Responsability is a big thing in my eyes.

I worked from home today for my first cleaning and I’m pretty satisfied so far. The ladies did not mind that I was there. You can hear them scrubbing and cleaning but not hitting your furniture carelessly like some cleaners do. All the main spaces, cabinets, furniture were clean. They got inbetween each shutter blade, which was nice. They will use your supplies or bring their own. Fair rates, I would recommend.

Alicia was very prompt and professional. Her team arrived at the scheduled time and they were very thorough. The house had not been cleaned for quite some time and it was a mess. They did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Alicia was hired to do monthly housecleaning at the home of my 97 year old mother. On her first visit, Alicia and two others did an outstanding job, cleaning for nearly 4 hours! On subsequent visits, two ladies would arrive, and they did a good job, though (understandably) not as impressive as that first visit. The problem we had with this company is that, although we had hired this provider for monthly cleaning, she would not schedule an appointment monthly and show up unless I texted her once or twice first..then wait several days for a response. It was always up to me to get the ball rolling. Discussing this issue with Alicia helped only briefly...her last housecleaning service was the beginning of April, and she has not called or shown up since. We have had to look elsewhere for reliable housecleaning services.

She broke things and not wanting to fix it. She broke ceiling fan and two expensive vacuum cleaners and did not want to pay for it. When she break something she need to man up and pay for it. She should have paid it.

Absolutely the best housekeeping service I've ever used! Alicia is so very sweet, professional and an extremely hard worker. This was a first time cleaning and my house was sparkling clean. The time was taken to scrub, polish and pay attention to detail. I highly recommend Alicia's Housekeeping!

Wonderful. She is the best of the best. It's just excellent. I'm going to continue to use her for the foreseeable future. It's great. There's nothing bad I can say. The whole service is good.

They did a great job for a reasonable price. They cleaned the counters, cabinets, floors, toilets sinks, and tub.

Alicia and staff are so professional. The work they do is beyond good. I cant be happier. They get in and out of the house quickly since she uses a crew.... The price is fair.... I highly recommend her!

Very impressed with their work! They did a deep clean on both my bathrooms and kitchen, and they cleaned very throughly - exceeded my expectations!! The shower and bathtub are even cleaner than when we first moved in. I was nervous with using a cleaning service as I am very picky, but try dos everything I would do, plus some, and way better than me! Highly recommend, and I thought the price was very reasonable.

I have had other cleaning services and was very unhappy with the quality of the cleaning. Alicia and two other employees cleaned my house from top to bottom and when they were finished my house was as clean as a new house would be. They were here for 6 hours and cleaned all the light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, floors, pictures and all other regular house cleaning tasks. I have never been so happy with a house cleaning surface before. Alicia likes to start the first cleaning as a comprehensive cleaning..sort of starting out with a clean slate before beginning bi-weekly cleaning. This is why they were here for so long and why she charged me double my regular rate for bi-weekly cleaning. She will be cleaning my house bi-weekly from now on!

Interviewed Alicia on Tuesday and hired her for a large "spring clean" the next day. It was explained that the job did entail using my equipment; my cleaning agents and cleaning cloths. Her and 2 workers arrived on time at 9:00 AM. They worked non-stop until 2:15 PM. They did a wonderful job and have been hired to come weekly on Wednesdays. I have always had a housecleaner that came weekly and the job that she was doing as opposed to this professional crew was the difference between night-and-day! (This person had been with me a year.) My grandchildren and daughter noticed the difference immediately after Alicia and her crew were done. She had no problems and most of the equipment they had previously used. The learning process went smoothly on equipment AND what I needed cleaned. They did such a great job, asking questions when needed; they have been hired for a full move-out on March 6th.

The ladies arrived on time and they went to work straight away and they were professional about it, they were very courteous and finished in no time. My daughter and I noticed the difference straight away, now I use the on a regular basis. Highly recommend them.

Alicia was very slow to respond when I contacted her for a proposal. It took days for her to get back with me. She met with my sister and we needed her to clean a completely vacant house. The house had new carpet, new vinyl, new paint, new blinds and new toilets. The only things needed cleaning were the windows (inside and out) the kitchen counter top, refrigerator, stove and cabinets and both bathroom sinks, mirrors, bathtub and shower. They did a marginal job of all of the cleaning needs and damaged the range hood using a harsh chemical that stripped the paint off. They also used a chemical on the refrigerator that caused it to have streaks along the entire side of the refrigerator, they cleaned the window and let the chemicals drip down under the window on to the wall and left dirty streak marks on the wall. they didn't clean the cabinets properly and left grease on the stove. I called Alicia to ask her to come back and re-do the areas that were sub-par. But received no call back. My sister and I spent 6 hours going back and cleaning the areas that were supposedly already cleaned by Alicia and her team. The counters had grease along the edges and we had to re-clean the shower doors and most of the windows. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I do have pictures of the items discussed in my review.

She’s a sweetheart. She usually comes with 2-3 young women. When she’s here, I would give her an A. When she’s not here, which is not often, it’s just the girls that come and they don’t speak English and that’s a problem for me because I don’t speak Spanish. I checked out other big companies and they were much more expensive than Alicia’s. They come every other Thursday and I told them that they can come whenever they want.

Alicia and her employees showed up on time, they worked very hard and efficiently, and we will be using her services every two weeks.

My rental house was left dirty by outgoing tenants in late December. I had new tenants ready to move in, and was in a hurry to get the house cleaned up. All the other highly-rated housecleaners were booked solid because of the holidays, and because of their regular customer schedules. Alicia was busy too, but she offered to fit me in anyway. She brought her crew over after they finished their regular day, and they worked all evening. My house was sparkling clean everywhere when they were finished, ready for new tenants. I was delighted with the quality of the work, and very grateful to have it done so quickly.

With all the good reviews for this cleaning service on Angie's List, I decided to use their cleaning service for my rental house before new tenants moved in. Things I wanted were detailing kitchen and bathroom, cleaning windows, and general cleaning for other areas. I was told these could be done by the owner of this service company. I was not in the house during their work, but went there next morning. What I found was a total disappointment. The vinyl floors were still dirty, kitchen cabinets (especially insides were not cleaned properly), several spider webs were found, stains on walls were still there, some of windows were not cleaned, and etc. I did not call them because new tenants were supposed to move in on that day, and I was already told that the cleaning ladies were already booked for the day. So I myself had to clean all the things that were not cleaned, spending 2 hours. It was my first experience to hire a professional cleaner to clean my rental house. So I really don't know whether these issues are pretty common or not for move-in/out cleaning. But at least it should be clean as I was told when they did an estimate.

Alicia's Housekeeping charged me quite a bit the first time. She made an appointment to come back and never showed up. She never called and never showed up. The first time she never called back and I had to call twice and then when she came I had to call to remind her. Then when she did show up she made an appointment and never showed up. There were like 3 or 4 of them that came. The initial experience was that they did a good job when cleaning my house which is why I scheduled to have them come back. They came back a second time and then I had them schedule a third time to have my house cleaned on a regular basis, because I work and my husband works and we don't have time to clean house. She scheduled it and the second time I had to call her and she called me back. The third time she scheduled it and didn't come and I didn't call her back. They were late when they showed up.
