Description of Work: We discussed my needs and I'm comfortable with the system as installed. I know how to use it and how to test it. (Motion detector and several window and door sensors.) I pay six months at a time so I need not provide for ADT's automatic access to my checking account. It was installed by someone from the local office of ADT Corporate, not by a subcontractor.

Description of Work: the gentleman was polite professional punctual I was 99% percent satisfied except for one small thing I told him that at midnight exactly on New Year's my alarm set itself and he told me that never happens and it was a ghost and that he believes in ghosts, w ??!! I do not believe in that kind of stuff and I did not appreciate him saying that, very unprofessional, he should've kept his personal opinions to himself and just told me that he wasn't sure what happened

+ -1 moreTHEY WEREN'T THE COMPANY THAT INSTALLED MY SECURITY SYSTEM BUT THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME EXTRA TO CONVERT OVER TO THEIR SYSTEM. IT WAS A FREE CHARGE FOR DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT WORKERS. I CALLED THE DAY AFTER MY HOUSE WAS BROKEN INTO AND THEY CAME OUT THAT SAME DAY AND INSTALLED A WHOLE NEW SECURITY SYSTEM.
