They refused to correct the problem over the phone or send Someone out the beeping was waking me and my roommates Up so I was desperate I signed back up before my roommates moved out I thought the price was $35 - they said I agreed To $47 I couldn't have I don't have another $ 50 a month they refused to cancel my contract and said I would have to pay the full amount of the contract ( over $900 ) to cancel. I am very unhappy with them and my desperate solution to Get the beeping to stop
Description of Work: The provider refused to come out to resolve my problem. I had canceled my alarm service which was $20 per month ( a special price because at $30 dollars I couldn't pay) but the system did not shut down all the way It beeped at 7:20 at night until we canceled on the console Then my power went off and it beeped at 4am waking us up It beeped until we hit cancel on the console the console said low battery so I removed the battery Completely turns out the adt system was trying to test my system they refused to come out to stop the beeping Or to resolve the problem on the phone I was desperate so I signed up again the fee was $35 I thought but when I got the bill it was $ 46.99 they refused to cancel my Contract and said I would have to pay $900 to cancel

They are great priced and gave us Life Alerts free of charge. They set up everything for us and they even have a system to watch your home. I can rely on them and really like them.
