Description of Work: We had a leak in our shower/tub, and Scott knew exactly what the problem was and how to resolve it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed our leak in a short amount of time. I will definitely call him again if we have additional plumbing needs.

Description of Work: He installed a water heater for me a year ago. Water heater he installed broke down and he said he would come out. The following day he stated he was to busy to come out and left us without hot water.

Description of Work: I exchanged several emails and left several urgent voicemails for Scott to fix a plumbing problem in our bathroom. After a few responses, I never heard back from him. We used his services before without an issue, so not sure why he dropped the ball. He never called to apologize or explain.

Description of Work: Scott did a great job. We had a sewer line that was broken in six places, which spanned from under the house out to the street. Scott did all the work with in one weekend. Which included digging, extracting the broken pipes, installing the new pipe, and re-pouring concrete in our garage so we didn't have to dig a hole through our living room. Definitely worth the money and I would highly recommend Grant Plumbing.

Description of Work: Grant was professional and demonstated a good knowledge of the the business. I ended up not going with Grant only because I had just worked with a sewer rooter company earlier in week that spent much time in diagnosing the problem at hand. Because of the diagnosis and money already expended, I felt it more ethical to give the job to the sewer clean people as total pricing was pretty much the same. I ended up having a 20 foot section of sewer line replaced that had essentially deteriorated over the last 60 years. I have worked with Grant before and he is a great Plumber.

+ 0 moreI read about Grant Plumbing from Angie's List and gave Scott a call. He came by to give us an estimate the next day. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We liked him immediately! Scott came back to do the work in 2 segments the same week. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing as he went along. On both occasions Scott was running late, but called to let us know he would be detained.
Description of Work: Scott prepared the kitchen plumbing for a remodel. He ran a new line for the refrigerator and a new line for a water filtration system. Also unclogged some old plumbing lines. He will be coming back to install our sinks and faucets, etc.

+ -1 moreWhen I got a hold of Grant Plumbing about noon Scott Grant said that he was really busy and couldn't do any thing until late that afternoon. When he came over we both went under the house. He explained the piping layout below the house and how the broken gray water pipe break was related to what was probably a backed up underground sewer probably caused by tree roots. He couldn't do anything that evening but would return the following morning to attempt to clear sewer. Next day sewer could not be cleared by router, sent video camera down sewer, found breaks in cast iron pipes and heavy blockages by tree roots. Distance from side of house to city sewer was 117 feet and the old iron piping was replaced by a continuous length of polypropylene pipe. This could have been a trenchless installation but because of the steepness of the hillside Scott proposed to dig a trench for this one long piece of pipe. The job was completed in five days and passed the city inspection without problem.
Description of Work: Backed up sewer plus broken "gray water" pipe in crawl space. Had called over 20 other plumbing companies before finding a responsive plumber. House is located backing onto a steep hillside and as I told each company called what the problem was, when I mentioned sewer and hillside the general response was that they were (all) booked up for the next 2, 3 or 4 days.
