The girls arrive every other week and always on time. They have a system down and don't waste any time. This is a service I will always budget for. Also, my allergies are greatly improved with regular and consistent quality cleaning.

The reason why most people hire housekeepers is too do all the and quot;extrasand quot; that no one else wants to do. I can vacuum and dust myself, that's not hard. Its the time consuming, labor intensive work that I wanted to have done as well. She never discussed there was a time limit on her work. I paid for an entire job to be done not for 2/2.5 hours worth of work. That was the purpose of the walk through. However she pays for her help is her situation, not mine. I called her to explain I was unhappy her work and the lack of and quot;extrasand quot; that were done. None of the blinds were cleaned, the doors, the patio window, the fake plant, the ceiling fans. She said she cleans the tops of the frig and other appliances, she did not. The time she spent kept increasing from 2.5 to then 3.5 hours. I do don't believe for a second 3 people spent 3.5 hours cleaning my house and everyone spent 2 hours each in my bathroom. The worst part was the floor was not even mopped and the toilet was not even cleaned. I was still able to see stains. Her response to me was ..and quot;If you don't like it, then don't use me again.and quot; Hmm... ok that was not the response I would expect for a new customer. I was going to place a stop payment on the check since I felt the work done was $100 worth. Since the stop payment was just as much as I wanted to pay, I decided not too. Here is the funny part. She was not my first choice. My first choice was out on vacation. They came to give me an estimate and came the same day she finished. The owner of the cleaning service thought our house was cleaned last week. He went through and pointed out all the things she had missed and what his service can provide. The best part was his service was only $100.00.

Pros: Overall, my house was very clean. She brought two other ladies and they were quick and professional. I really liked the Dyson vacuum that was used. My carpets looked like they were professionally cleaned. They arrived earlier than expected but got to work right away. They did a very nice job and my house smelled/looked so clean! Cons: This provider was the first one (I've been trying lots of cleaners!) who didn't come over and do a walk-thru first. I described my house over the phone. She told me it would be $125.00 for a deep cleaning. When she got to my house, she described the deep cleaning which usually includes all baseboards and blinds. But this is the part I didn't like - she said she only had two hours because she promised her workers a certain amount of money for a certain time frame. So, I was told that there would not be time to do the blinds and all the baseboards. While my house looked great, I don't feel I got my $125.00 worth since she put a time limit on the cleaning (which we did not discuss on the phone.)

They were very detailed, polite, and hardworking. They did the best cleaning I've ever had a company do.

She cleans all bathroom thoroughly. Kitchen is sparkling. Cleans my tile floors on her hands and knees and never uses harsh chemicals on it. She does anything I ask her to do with a smile. Very professional. I have had her as my housekeeper for over 10 years and highly recommend her to anyone who wants a clean house at a reasonable price. She is so trustworthy that I often run errands while she is cleaning my home. She cleans the Historic Chaffey House and Museum in Etiwanda which is full of priceless antiques and heirlooms from the George Chaffey family. She will make your home fresh and sparkling clean.

Consuelo operates her own business, The Good Housekeeper, and provides cleaning services, residences and commercial buildings.. I got her name from my next door neighbor, who has used Consuelo for seven years and raved about her. I have used professional cleaning companies for the last 30 years. Two years ago, I was disappointed with my current cleaning company, and was a little hesitant to use a private person. In the past independent people have either broken items trying to hurry because they were doing two other houses, or skipped steps, or were unreliable, had transportation problems, etc. Connie is a and quot;proand quot;! She supplies all the cleaning items and vacuum, and usually has a helper with her. Consuelo speaks very good English and is very reliable. She cleans EVERYTHING, including baseboards, dusting and polishing of all surfaces, changes the bed, cleans tile or wood floors, wipes down all appliances, etc. Her rates are less than a company (who has their own employees and sometimes even supplies them with cars). Her rate for me was 25% less than I was already paying the cleaning company. I have been very pleased to use The Good Housekeeper services for several years now. When I moved to Huntington Beach from Alta Loma, I was dreading having to find a new house cleaner. However, Consuelo has been driving down here to continue working for me, and now I pay her extra for gas (from Fontana to here). I would not hesitate to recommend her. She is completely trustworthy, reliable, and does wonderful work.
