When I reached out on here, I put in writing what was needed, I also requested in writing a quote. I received ONLY a price, I contacted him. He only gave a verbal, NOT COOL. It took him so long yo get back to start the job after he demanded a deposit. Then, it took over a week to order doors, then 4 days to complete the job. Then, once completed he did not put on the railing, per the quote request. He said it was not part of the request... I have the email I sent. HE REFUSES TO COMPLETE the job. Not Cool.....do not use him...Today, 8/17/20, The handyman called me. He was NOT happy with my review. He was upset and nasty. I told him, if you were NOT so rude, took care of his business, completed the job, he would not have been given a BAD REVIEW.......wow.....

Custom project to remove carpet, refurbish plywood treads and risers to accommodate vinyl veneer treads and add veneer risers. Completed project took longer than expected, but the quality and look of the completed staircase was worth the wait. Minor correction requested; Dean was responsive, sending a man out to complete the task satisfactorily within a few days. Cleanup was thorough and value for the price was very good, considering the time invested by the contractor to do it right. Would use this contractor again.

Post Mailbox was installed by Dean Theodore - Owner to an existing concrete pad. He charged $200 for a job that took less than an hour to install. Less than two months later, the post has completely come unattached from the concrete pad and my mailbox is falling over. When I called to have the issue rectified, Dean told me it would cost me another $500 to fix. He claimed I had told him to do the job as cheaply as possible. This is false. Dean took no responsibility as to the inferior quality of work that had been done, nor did he offer to fix the problem at no cost. When I hired Dean to do the job, I expected a professional job. This is not what I got.

Dean helped me pick the best and least cost solution. His work was excellent and he completed the job by vacuuming the sawdust and applying touch up paint.

The kid that put up the lights was really good but owner came today to remove and he just yanked them down, ripped connectors off and left staples hanging in the trim of the house. Also left one strand of lights on the home at the highest peak. Would not recommend
