Description of Work: From the time we first visited the showroom, my husband and I were impressed by the representative's service and professionalism. She gave us useful advice and always followed us. We chose oak floor, the color of walnut but stronger, overing our living and dining rooms and hall way. Once we decided on the produce, the crew members (about four of them) showed up on time and completed timely in 2 days. Our floor is beautiful and we are very pleased.

Description of Work: We had most of our house refloored with LVT (laminated vinyl tile) that has a 25 year warranty and is waterproof. This is a major concern for us as we have a pool and dogs. Water always finds it's way in! Jeff came out and "rescued" us from making a major mistake with one of the major home improvement centers. His bid was just a little under the competitor's but I didn't have to do anything except help move the furniture as needed! Dane was the installer and was very professional. It took 2 days and yet when they left each day, it was hard to believe there had been workers at our house. They thoroughly cleaned up each night!

Description of Work: I cannot say enough good things about the two gentlemen who put the tile in. Sergi and Vvlad were exceptional. They were polite, ,responsible, worked very hard the entire time without taking any breaks except for lunch. They came every day very early and started right away. They were here Mon-Fri. The last day on Friday they stayed until 1am on Sat morning to finish up and never once complained bout anything. I had piza delivered about 6pm, we ate and they went right back to work and stayed until the entire job was finished. I can walk anywhere is this house and look down the hallway or up toward a window and see nothing but perfect straight lines of tile andgrout. The job is perfect. I am so pleased with the work they did I would reccommend the company and specifically Sergi and Vvlald for the job any day.

+ 0 moreMy overall experience with Gold River Flooring was excellent. The carpet I chose was backordered for 2 or 3 weeks and they communicated with me and kept me informed on the status of the shipment. Otherwise it was a very smooth transaction. They have an excellent showroom with many options.
Description of Work: I recently bought a home and wanted to have new flooring installed before I moved in. I visited the showroom at Gold River Flooring in Rocklin and met Elizabeth, one of the sales representatives. She was extremely helpful and spent several weeks working with me and educating me on all the different types of floor coverings available. In the end I chose vinyl wood plank flooring for my kitchen, dining area and bathrooms and a gorgeous carpet for the living and bedroom areas. Thanks to Elizabeth my house looks wonderful and I get lots of "oohs and aahs." The Gold River Flooring installation team is also excellent. I would definitely use this company again and highly recomment Elizabeth in the Rocklin store. She is very good at her job and easy to work with.

+ 0 moreMy experience was very positive. The gentleman that I worked with was very customer service oriented. I gave him a budget. He tried to stay in. He gave me some options. Ultimately I went over it because I liked the higher end flooring better. They scheduled, they came, and they cleaned up after themselves. All in all it was a very positive experience. The price was a little high. I think I got a pretty good quality.
Description of Work: I just did a contract with Gold River Floors Carpet One/Gold River Gallery for carpet and flooring. They installed it at the end of September.

She followed up with me a number of times. Their product knowledge seemed fine. They have a lot of produt samples in their large showroom.

Description of Work: got the whole house's 2000 sq ft changed to wood floor. Initial installation was fast. technicians were very professional. 1 month later, floor started to buckled due to contraction/ expansion, this is normal for new flooring. Called company out to fix the floor, they responded very fast and the floor was fix within 2 weeks.

Description of Work: Excellent selection of all types of flooring products. Prices are not cheap, this is mid-range to high end flooring products. After having wall to wall carpet install in our home we now have ever floor in our home installed by Gold River Floors. Excellent service. No pushy salespersons. Installation techs are first class also.
