Leo and Modesto are a fantastic team, and they exceeded my expectations. I had exterior water damage and deferred maintenance to my home, and they took it all on -- from removal and replacement of siding materials, window caulking and trim, new gutters and flashing, insulation, rewiring floodlights, replacing deck boards, and more. The quality of their work is absolutely top notch. Even my neighbor noticed their care and attention to detail. I would happily work with them again for any project.

Leo and his crew are skilled craftsmen. They do a variety of work and do it all right. They refused to settle for anything less than perfect and gave the extra effort to make the project gorgeous. They really cared about their work and showed excitement about the final product. They should be excited. It is beautiful! They patched a ton of drywall that we had removed as result of a skunk dying in the walls. They worked with our situation (pretty stinky at first) and took great care in replacing the drywall and insulation, matching texture (best I have ever seen), and painted three separate colors with perfect lines. They even came back and touched up areas that THEY were not satisfied with and then left the place spotless. Their work upgraded my space significantly. I look forward to our next project with them.

I chose to call this handyman from the list I recieved (rather than have this perosn call me) and the person whom I spoke with, Leo, showed interest in my project which included a variety of tasks--removing and replacing a medicine cabinet, re-weather stripping an outside entrance from a guest bedroom, assembling a new piece of furniture, attaching a new headboard to a bed frame and repairing a couple of stripped dresser knobs. Leo and his father arrived to look at the prospective job and gave us an estimate for their work. We agreed to go ahead and at the agreed upon time, they arrived as promised. They used shoe covers for inside, they took great pains to be extra cautious in rooms that had been newly re-carpeted and re-painted and cleaned up everything afterwards, including hauling away some of the large packaging in which my new medicine cabinet had been delivered and breaking down for re-cycling the packaging of the new piece of furniture which they assembled. As far as I can tell, their work was excellent and we were pleased with their work ethic and honesty. I believe they charged a fair price for their full day's work and I would definitely recommend them and we would use their services again.

Very responsive. Spotted issues. Personal service, spoke with me in detail on needs, solutions. On time. Did a variety of tasks: repaired sliding closet rollers, a torn outdoor screen, light bulbs very high outside house, joists under deck. Reasonable cost -- on budget.
