Leo and his team are AWESOME! They do incredible work, are very skilled, organized and reliable. They knocked out the tough landscaping (major clean up / overgrown for years) project and in the process helped us solve some other difficult projects in our new fixer upper house. Leo is great. He was always on time or early, did a great job of cleaning my gutters and even took before and after pics! And he pointed out where there is some dry rot that should be replaced. I will call on him again!

Leo was quick to respond to my HomeAdvisor post, visited my home the next day and provided an honest, accurate and very reasonably priced estimate for the list of home projects I had which included fence and gate repair, electric outlet and switch replacement, water pipe relocation, dry walling and patching, patio stone repair, asphalt driveway patching, and crawl space cleaning. He and Modesto came out on the scheduled 2 days, worked very hard and completed all the work on schedule and on budget. I highly recommend L&M Handyman services.

Leo and Modesto were so reliable. They gave an estimate of the number of days needed to remove my old broken fence and to build a new fence. Modesto and Leo, a father and son team, do absolutely phenomenal work. Of 3 handymen contacted Leo was the only one that responded. When the initial bid was more than our budget Modesto and Leo both same to meet personally with my wife and I to figure out how to get the most for the money we had. They completely remodeled our three bathrooms, eliminated our wet bar in the family room, and installed cabinetry and a utility sink in our laundry room. Every piece of the work was perfectly planned and executed. I will definitely use Leo & Modesto for future projects. The absolute best.
