Super Shooters

Super Shooters arrived on time and promptly got to work, We experienced a glitch because the popcorn had an adhesive which made its removal difficult. While this problem created more work and delayed completion by a day, Super shooters did not increase our costs. My wife and I are very pleased with how the ceilings look. Super Shooters did a quality job and Keith, the owner, also helped facilitate and coordinate the completion of some electrical work on our ceilings.

They did the work that was asked of them in a timely manner

I was very pleased with their performance. One of their crew members used my vacuum cleaner and broke it. The owner of the business replaced it with no questions asked. He told me to buy another one like it and he mailed me a check. I only charged him for half because it was three years old. They were the only people that I called because there weren’t that many people advertising for that at that time.

I was very impressed with how fast they worked. The entire job took 2 days. The first day the acoustic ceilings were removed and prepared which they completed in 6 hours. The following day the painter came in and was done in about the same time including cleaning time and replacing all furniture and fixtures. The only items I had to move were shelf items that could fall/break. They moved any furniture that needed to be moved and everything - furniture, floor, walls, etc. was wrapped in plactic. The workers were professional and courteous.

In 2008, I had the master bedroom made larger by a different contractor which required a new ceiling. Unfortunately, the contractor at that time did a terrible job texturing the ceiling. After four years, I finally decided to look into fixing the ceiling. I wasn't sure if anything could be done, but after contacting several companies I decided on Super Shooters. They fixed the ceiling where tape was showing through the old texture and where the drywall appeared to be uneven. They floated the entire ceiling and re-textured it by hand in a brush applied texture which coordinates with other rooms in my 50-year old house. I got three bids and Keith's was in the middle, but I hired him because he appears to have been in business for a long time. Nick did the work and was very professional, neat, and showed me some samples to get exactly what I wanted. Wish I had done this sooner and am very pleased with the results.

Did not use them because the estimate was outrageous compared to three others I received for the same job. Super Shooters bid $1,540, when the estimate I went with was $900 and the contractor did an incredible job. Keith was nice enough of a guy, but his estimate was way out there. (The other two came in at $1,075 and $1,025.) It was disappointing because Super Shooters did a job for me about four years ago and it went well. I'm glad they're doing well enough to be able to charge these rates and keep busy. Good for them.

This was a major job, made difficult for us because we have cats and dogs that had to be confined while the work was done. It took two full days. The crew was on time, professional, and knowledgable and answered any questions we had. Most of the house had to be sheeted in plastic, but this protected our walls and floors. The first day they removed texture and retaped and retextured. The second day they painted. We had been putting this off because it was a disruption, but I am glad it is over and done because it all looks great. We removed most of the furniture from the rooms because we had new flooring installed the next day, but they can work around your stuff and will simply cover it and avoid as much disruption as we experienced. We had some questions the next day; they were readily available and promptly answered everything. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone.

Owner showed up as scheduled to give me written estimate. Workers showed up in a day or two. Great job done, and they vacuumed and cleaned up the mess.

I called Super Shooters to do some drywall repair before having my interior painted. Keith Martin came out, as scheduled, to give me an estimate. He thoughtfully called me to confirm that he was on his way. He looked at the drywall to be repaired and said that it was a very minor repair, his minimum charge was $250, and it wasn't worth paying that much. It was a simple, minor repair that any good painter could fix for much less. He assured me that he would do the repair if I wanted though. I had been told by a previous repairperson that the fix would require 2 visits, so the mud could dry before the texturing. He said the mud dries in about 20 minutes. He was very nice and helpful. I would hire him if I had more extensive drywall repair

After beginning this project myself and seeing how long it was taking (and the incredible mess), I decided to let Super Shooters complete the job on my 45 year old home. When Keith stopped by he grasped the scope of the work quickly and gave me a quote in less than 20 minutes. Work followed just a few days later. I was simply astounded at how quickly a small team of guys completed the work. What would have easily taken me weeks to accomplish they did in a single morning! They professionally protected my furniture and walls while the very messy work was going on. Outside of the ceiling itself I could hardly tell they had even been there. I can't say how competitive their quote was since I didn't obtain any others but I can say without a doubt that Super Shooters does fast and professional work. The crew was polite and did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess. Well worth the money spent.

The workers showed up on time were careful. tHEY quoted for two full days and were done and cleaned up in about 1 and 1/2 days.

Keith was very accommodating with my schedule, and was able to give me a firm price during the initial visit. I had previously had another company out for an estimate, and their price increased by over $500 over a few days with no changes to what I had originally asked for. Keith's price was much lower than other estimates I received, and he made no unnecessary changes to the original quote. The work was completed in the time promised and I was extremely pleased with the end result. Keith contacted me to check on the work and to ensure I was pleased. Super Shooters does an amazing job for a reasonable price. I would definitely use this company for future projects.

They taped and kept all clean from start to finish. I would recommend and use them again for the future.

We used them because of their price. The work was good.

Workmanship was superb. Keith really knows the business and gave us excellent service. He threw in the walk-in closet for free! Over the past several months my husband and I had scraped all ceilings except the family room, which is vaulted and the closet, which I never intended to do, but my husband wanted done. Removing insulation is a strenuous and messy job. Painting a ceiling is no fun either. We were ready to let professionals take over. It was amazing to have everything completed in 2 days with perfect ceilings overhead and no mess to clean up. We're delighted.

The person who came was professional. Obviously he has been doing this work for a long time, so he was able to give me a pretty quick estimate. He gave me recommendations like painters numbers. He gave three references to call for different things. He said that I could always get on Angie’s list to find more companies. I rate him high overall. I will get a quote from him in the future. He was scheduled to do the work and he got sick. That is when he referred Angie’s list to me. He game some time and then he was well and ready to come out. We did not go with him because we decided that we did not have to reroof. However, I would definitely keep him in mind.

I was very pleased. I called him because he had a lot of positive feedback on Angie’s List, and I found him to be friendly and efficient. He measured, he looked everything over, and we talked about it for a few minutes; he didn’t try to talk me into doing more or anything like that. He gave me a quote quickly and it was low-pressure. I needed to talk to my son about when we could be ready so he gave me a cell number and told me to call him when I was ready rather than trying to convince me to do it right then. He was on time and he seemed to know what he was doing.

They never contacted me so no work was done. If you try to contact them, you may need to be extremely patient!!

They gave us the estimate for the ceiling. We asked them to come back for a second estimate as we wanted painting as well but they never came back. I was happy with the bid.

They were timely, there when they said they would be, finished when they said they would and did GREAT work.

Got an estimate from the owner. Employee came to do the work within 3 days. Found a few problems and solved them. Ceilings turned out great.

Super Shooters came and gave us an estimate and then said they could do the work as soon as four days later. We were not quite ready but when we called them to schedule they were there on the assigned day at the assigned time. They came well prepared with all the equipment. Because our house is large we had to vacate for two days so we didn't stick around to watch the work, but everything was completely cleaned up when we returned.

Keith was a bit late for the estimate, but called to let me know he was running late. He was professional and knowledgable about the job and was able to give an estimate on the spot. We discussed alternative work days and he was able to meet my window. I called to confirm the job a couple of days ahead. Keith said they would be there between 8 & 9 am. The crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. They screened off all the areas that should not be affected and laid plastic to protect the floors wherever theywould be walking. They worked straight through to the finish, did a very good job of cleaning up and were on their way by 3pm.

While waiting for the estimator to show up he called and informed me that he was running a little late. He showed up 20 minutes later and provided a clear and accurate estimate. He also provided additional information to questions I did not think to ask. He was very professional and courtious and even did a walk through to discuss how to prepare the house to prevent any damage to interio items (lamps, vases and other items). On the day the work was being performed the first person on site again did another walk through to ensure all the breakables were out of the way. (i had a couple of items that needed to be cleared and he helped move some large heavy items as well). We called on the 2nd day to inquire about getting back in the house and the time provided was a little early but the work was completed on time and as described. The knock down that was applied to the ceiling matches the knock down on the walls (originally applied when the house was built) There was no mess at all when the last worker left and the quality of the work was excellent. I would highly recommend this group to anyone who wants any dry wall, popcorn ceiling removed or interior work done. They were on time and on budget.
