Super Shooters

Keith came in and took the time to talk to me and look at our home style (what it was which is a house built in 1938 and taking into consideration what we wanted our vision for the house to be which was an updated house still keeping the traditional aspects of the house). He was absolutely right about doing a smooth imperfect texture on our ceilings and I, against his advice, wanted a knockdown texture on walls. The smooth imperfect would have looked beautiful too but I preferred the knockdown on the walls. Both textures we came out with are beautiful and really make the house so much better. The texture made such a huge difference and really makes it feel like a new house. Keith has such a great eye for what should go into a house. On top of their general work with the texture Keith really saved my house!!! We had a horrible contractor who subbed out most the work on our house. The framing was not level on walls or ceiling which made the drywall also not level and all wonky. Super shooters came in and floated to get the walls and ceiling more to an even level and really hid all the mistakes and poor work that my contractor/subs. When there was an issue due to our contractors poor work Keith sent his crew out to fix it right away. Also Super Shooters was quick, professional and properly covered our floors, cabinets, appliances, etc so that no texture materials got on anything and they cleaned up everything. We would absolutely recommend Super Shooters to anyone looking to have texture done in their house. Super Shooters is great at what they do and are very reasonably priced. We plan on calling them to do our last last few bedrooms and bathroom.

The overall project went okay. The company owner showed up for the estimate and explained the process but they were so busy that they did not offer confirmation for work start and completion time and the paperwork at the end of the job was incomplete leading us to think that proper protocol was not followed for asbestos removal. The owner gave us a full explanation and back up paperwork to our satisfaction and the work quality was very good.

Initially we had confusion and could not get a return calls and we gave a bad review. Then Keith came out and gave us an estimate, very reasonable and decided to use Supershooters. They did a great job, great clean up, very happy. He told us if we have any issues to call him back also!

They were on time; They were clean, efficient, courteous and completed the work early. There was minimal disruption & they were careful to remove and clean up the mess to our satisfaction. The painter/plasterers showed up on time and completed their work ahead of schedule. We expected them to finish on a Friday. They were done on Thursday; they gave us an extra day to start painting and getting things back to normal. Hooray. They were great!

Had these horrible cottage cheese ceilings. Referred to super shooters. Keith was very helpful and was able to meet my tight schedule . Work was excellent . Scraped and textured all ceilings (1600 sq ft) in one day. The ceilings look great with new texturing ready for paint. What I thought would be a huge job turned out to be simple for these guys. Repairs to wall also done perfectly(hole in sheet rock) after repair was done i could not tell where hole had been. Price was fair work was excellent and done promptly. Would be happy to use super shooters again.

We purchased a home which needed a fair amount of dry wall repair, wall paper removal, and texture. Keith?s bid was competitive and he promised a quality product. What we ended up with was anything but quality. The problems started when we returned to the house the morning after they finished work to find the front door wide open. We weren?t living at the house at the time; however, all of our belongings were in the garage. So I called Keith to ask him about it and he was very defensive and down played the issue. Luckily notihing was stolen. Upon entry into the house, I found the house an absolute mess. Now I didn?t expect them to deep clean the place; however, I did pay them to do a job which I expect that contractor's should clean up after themselves. Two days later our painter was to begin; however upon arrival the painter noted that the texture was way too thick and needed to be sanded. This was a problem throughout the house. This wasn?t a huge deal, but Keith?s response was the problem. ?Tell the painter to not be a p**** and do it himself.? I explained that we weren?t paying the painter to finish his job. So his crew returned 3 days later (there was no real attempt to accommodate us quickly). This delayed my painter and ultimately cost me more. When his crew did arrive they complained the entire time about being there and their workmanship mimicked their attitudes. Needless to say we were very disappointed with the product and service we received from Super Shooters.

We flip 150 homes a year and called Super Shooters to come out to give us a bid on removing acoustic ceilings. Mary set up the appointment for someone to arrive at 10:00. We waited for over an hour at the house, he not only no showed, he didn't even give us the courtesy of a call. We work with a lot of vendors and find this extremely unprofessional.

We met Keith, who gave us the price of the job. He explained what would happened and how long it would take. The workers arrived on the scheduled date, introduce themselves and asked if we had any questions. The work was performed exactly the way Keith described it to us and completed on time. I would definitely recommend Super Shooters.

Keith and his crew were great to deal with. He was clear about the scope and cost of service, they showed up on time, completed on time, and cleaned up at the end of the job. We were very pleased with the finished product, which was exactly what we had hoped for. We would not hesitate to call Super Shooters for any similar work in the future, or to recommend them to anyone else. Great job, Keith and crew!

We had a hard time getting our dates coincided but finally were able to find a date to work with their schedule and the schedule of an electrician. The electrician arrived on time and did his work installing all the lights we needed. At the same time Pauil, the drywall man started taping plastic down to protect the furniture. Wow, the gut was so thorough. And what an artist he was. He matched the finish we had on the ceiling and walls perfectly. You could not tell where the repair started and stopped. We are more than pleased. Paul cleaned everything up and then came back the next day to put the can lights back and all the vent covers in the kitchen. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

I can't say enough good things about Super Shooters and Keith's team. The job was absolutely top notch and we plan on using him again when we get to renovating our family room and master bathroom.

Never even got the estimate. After getting no response from his office, he called after we sent an email. He came to our home to look at the job we needed. We called him several times asking for the estimate. He was vague, promised to send, email the estimate. We finally had to use someone else, much better. Supershooters gets lousy grades for everything, just a waste of time.

Keith (owner) gave me a competitive estimate for acoustic ceiling removal & replace with texture and paint. He scheduled work at my convenience. His removal and re-texture crew arrived on time. They worked quickly & professionally. The also did a good job of cleaning up. The painters arrived on schedule the next day. They also did very good, professional work and clean up. Keith followed up with me after the work was completed to check to see if i was satisfied. I am.

Process went very well. They estimated a four day job, and were done in three days. They were a very good company to work with.

Work went quick and easy. They wqere responsive on the phone - and gave the best estimate (as I had called 3 places). The team that came out were punctual and professional. They took care to keep the work area as clean as possible, and were done very quickly. Would definitely use them again.

They were going to cover up a popcorn ceiling. They were on time. The guy seemed pretty knowledgeable. We've just had a family emergency so we haven't carried out anything. We haven't gotten any more quotes but we're working on a couple more quotes before we choose a company to go with. They responded pretty quickly. He was there right on time. He was professional. He had a little T-Shirt with his logo on it and I appreciated that. And I appreciate people who don't come to the job site smoking because I hate smoking so I appreciated that as well.

The guy who did the work was great. The guy who provided the estimate failed to note the correct type of wall, leaving the guy who did the job without the proper materials. Nonetheless, he did a good job, and we had materials to make the texture match, as we didn't want to delay the repair and have him come back another time. Be aware they only take cash payments.

, SuperShooter quoted job, they were on time on day of repairs, cleaned up like they weren't ever in my homeall repairs looked like the the original areas and never repaired. After painting the ceiling part of the repair still telegraphed thru and was visible. I call Keith and he floated one part of the ceiling again to my satisfaction.

I would recommend them highly. There was a miss-communication about the type of paint that was supposed to be used in my kitchen, they painted it with the wrong paint. I just brought it to their attention and they came right out and did it. And did some additional work besides, free of charge. They did quality work, they clean up after themselves, they take that extra step to make sure that you are satisfied. I called them, they called me back promptly and within a week, the job was done. They didn't make me wait, they didn't have a bunch of excuses. They were out there, they had their crew out there and they removed the acoustical ceilings and they painted the entire interior of the house. And they did a fabulous job. They repaired doors, repaired walls, repaired holes, they just did a really top notch job. The price is fair and their quality are excellent.

The experience was so positive. I called them on 12/11/12, within a few days they came out and emailed me an estimate that evening. They started work on 12/17/12 and completed the work by Thursday 12/20/12. We came up on Tuesday 12/18/12 and it was clear that they were professionals. Again, I had a few special requests and they were very accommodating.

It all went off without a hitch. I would recommend Super Shooters services.

I go to work early and was almost late waiting for the crew to arrive. Sometimes people do have a hard time finding the place. I had to leave and spend the night elsewhere. I called to find out when I could come back but did not get a return call. When I returned there were two puddles of liquid on the carpet. I wrote a letter asking that they come out to clean it up. I received a phone call telling me that I could hire a carpet cleaner and send them the bill. I have not had time to do this. I am very happy to be rid of those popcorms and pretty satisfied with the results. The texture in a couple of places is light but overall okay.

I wanted to post my recent experience with Super Shooters. Reading the reviews we decided to call to request a bid. The owner came to our home. He stated he would call back that evening with a bid, but we did not recieve a call. My husband attempted to contact Super Shooters on 2-3 different occasions, but there never was a return call. If they did not want to do the job it would of been professional for the owner that came out to at least call us back and report why they did not want to do the job, easy enough you would think! But instead he let us hang out there waiting for the promised call and with no explanation. Because the owner did not call back as he stated, and did not return our calls I just might have some trust issues with him.

Repair work was priced reasonably, performed on time and as promised.
