Super Shooters

Super Shooters was very flexible and accommodated our schedule. The owner came to our home twice to measure and give us the price and timeframe. The were very efficient and professional. We were able to stay in our home for the two-day process if we stayed out of the plastic area. The plastic was set in place and the cleaning began. We only had the popcorn removed, not texturing (although they offered to do this). Light fixtures were removed but not replaces (this is noted on the contract). That worked for us as we next had texturing and painting to be done. We plan to have them back to remove the popcorn in the bedrooms in the future.

They were timely, professional and did an excellent job. They cleaned up the work areas thoroughly as well.

Prompt Service, on time, clean, and fast. They went beyond the call of duty. They even fixed a hole in the wall that wasn't quoted. When I came in to inspect the work everything was clean. The work was completed in record time and they showed up earlier than my appointment which was awesome. They got to the house two hours earlier than scheduled. I really appreciated that. They were real thorough and cleaned up their mess pretty much as they did the work and was finished. They were friendly and nice to talk too. I have another room I need to have done so they will be getting another call from me soon.

These folks are the greatest for drywall and ceiling work. Keith is a wonderful fellow whose team works hard and efficiently. The price is right and the quality of work came out perfect.

I called Super Shooters one week before the start of work as the previous contractor was not able to perform the services. They were able to come out, give an estimate and book me for the necessary days very quickly. Monday morning an employee showed up to the house before the set start time of 8:00am and started work promptly. He went over what all he was going to be doing and the steps of the process. I felt very safe leaving my house knowing that the work would be done. The planned two day job actually finished early the second day making it almost a 1 1/12 day job which is impressive and helpful as another contractor starts additional work tomorrow (interior painting). The quality of the work looks amazing and the employee walked me through all the areas that were repaired and where items like light fixtures, blinds, and doors were placed. They also numbered all the doors on the frame and the door itself to make putting them back a breeze. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new texture for their house. The quality and professionalism of this company is great!!

The Super Shooters crew showed up on time, They were in my home for 1 1/2 days total. They even told me that there was a problem with some frayed wiring in my entry hall ceiling light. They told me they didn't want to put it back up but that when I get another fixture they will put the new one up for me. All of my furniture and floors were protected and my home was vacuumed after they finished. The day I returned, my smoke detector (which is hooked into my alarm system) sensed moisture from the paint so it had to be put back on the ceiling the following day. Jack came out and made sure that everything was okay and Keith came out again to check the ceilings and to make sure I was happy with the job they did. Everything looks so much lighter and cleaner now. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. They have been around for a long time and the ratings on Angie's List are primarily "A's"... Now I know why!

He should have said what he was going to do and ask permission first. Seems like he was trying to drum up more drywall business along with painting. i

Showed on time as agreed. Finished work on schedule and cleaned up after themselves. Keith was very pleasant, informative, and friendly. Very happy with the finished look of the ceiling.

This was an easy decision for us because we used Super Shooter's services at another home years ago and reading the reviews told us his quality of work was still outstanding. Also, his price was better than other quotes we received. The crew was very experienced, professional, and gave great customer service. The quality of work they performed was as outstanding as the first time we used them. We would highly recommend their service.

Excellent job. From the beginning - repairing ceiling cracks, retexturing over repairs and then the repainting - to the completion of the job, we were kept informed and all work areas were covered which kept dust and repair residue to a minimum. We have a large kitchen area with a skylight and four fluorescent fixtures over the "island" which were also covered in the cost of this job. We are extremely satisfied with the work, the timeliness and the professional job that the entire crew performed. The company is extremely busy but worth the wait. We would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

It went very well. They took a lot of care to contain dust and debris. The finished results are great.

We could not be happier with the work! They said it would take four days, and it did. We did not plan on moving back in on that fourth day of course to allow flexibility if something odd arose during the project. They did a great clean up job, but it was alot of ceiling to finish drying fully and air out, so staying away another night worked out perfectly. The crew were excellent, professional, and very responsive to our questions, and did not hesitate to ask questions of us. Their coordination between the project elements - hazmat (there was asbestos in the popcorn ceiling), dry wall, and electrical - was excellent and it all seemed to go relatively smooth. Great communication and fantastic finished product. No other contractor we talked to in the last couple years could beat their price for the same project. I would highly recommend this company.

They did good work. My house is a little different and they under estimated the time to do the job. There was no increase in cost to us but our house was covered in plastic longer than we had expected.

The owner arrived on time and was most pleasant. We had a good discussion regarding the timing of the work ( it was around New Years) and he gave me a realistic window of opportunity with a very reasonable price. As it turned out the tech was early on the day of work - called before arriving and the window was open for both of us, so it worked out great. The work went smoothly, more complicated than I thought it would be, but finished up, cleaned up, and left instructions how to paint ceiling, which I followed to a "tee" and the ceiling is excellent. I have recommended Super Shooters to several friends and will keep doing so.

The crew showed up on time and went right to work. They started with sealing all the areas to be done with plastic sheeting, and when they were done, the place looked like a scene out of "ET". I was grateful that they took such care to protect our furnishings and flooring. I did not realize until later that they actually laid down multiple sheets on the floor, one to collect all the debris from the ceilings, that would be removed first, and the other to protect everything from the texturing process. They removed all the "popcorn" in a couple of hours, then proceeded to fix any flaws left by the original cheap installation, taping where it needed, and repairing the few cracks and gouges. They were done retexturing by 5 pm. telling us that the painters will be by in the morning. Again, the paint crew showed up right on time, again were all courteous and friendly, waisted no time and went right to work in our "ET" house of plastic wrap. That was about 730, and finished before noon. They removed all the plastic, replaced all the fixtures, and spent a good deal of time cleaning up and making sure that they left the place as they found it. All that work in a short 2 days and the job was amazing. I really had no idea that removing all that "popcorn" would have such a dramatic effect, and I really appreciate Keith for talking me into doing it all at once. Thank you Keith, you really made a HUGE difference in our home. (with the ceilings done, I now have no excuse not to paint the rest of the interior!! LOL)

Keith was prompt in coming out and making an estimate, told us in detail what our part of the preparation was, so that when the work crew arrived a few days later all was pretty much ready for them. The few items they needed to move were handled carefully. All work was completed before we expected. Clean up both inside and outside the house was very good. And the ceilings look fantastic.

They showed up on time masked off all the rooms and finished in two days. Keith was fantastic and his crew were great. This was the second time we used them. Would and will use them again if needed.

During the initial visit, Keith talked with us about the scope of the work and the possibility of asbestos due to the age of our home,(1950's). He guided us through the process of taking a sample of the acoustical material to a local lab for testing. Our acoustic material did contain asbestos. The process used by Keith and his team ensured the safety of our family as well as his team. Our home was protected with several layers of plastic, all other rooms in the house were closed off. The workers wore protective clothing and all work met OSHA standards for both the removal ad disposal of the materials. The work was completed in less time than anticipated; the team was respectful of us and our home, and cleaned the rooms and home of any debris and materials prior to leaving. While we have no more acoustic ceilings to be removed, we highly recommend them for anyone considering such a project. In less than a day it was gone!

Blown away. Exceeded my high expectations. Neat, clean, timely and friendly. The job was a 500 sq ft room with some cracks in the ceiling. Job was excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

The service was good. The job they did was unbelievable and this was on cathedral ceilings as well. They had the right equipment and they had to use stilts to do the work.

Very well done job with no mess left behind. I had already scraped off the "popcorn" myself, but my neck gave out, so I needed help to finish the job. They showed up on time and did a GREAT job with no mess left behind...can't ask for more than that!

While we were not aware of the disruption this had on the entire house, due to the walls of plastic sheeting needed to protect furniture and the rest of the house, the job went very well and we lived in the two rooms that did not require any new work. It is an incredible mess pulling off the old and putting the new on all the ceilings. All was done without damaging any of our belongings and their cleanup was excellent. The painter (Jack) really knew his stuff even though I talked his ear off the entire day about family and kids, motorcycles, skate boarding, Mexican vacations, etc. etc. etc. Keith and Mary, the bosses, gave a fair estimate for the work. Keith even invited us to view the ceilings at his own home to see what the new style texture would look like. Mary has the Xmas spirit and her decorations were fabulous.
