We didn't have to remove much furniture as they covered everything with 3 layers of plastic. The job went very smoothly. The first night they forgot to lock the doors behind them..luckily we didn't go out of town, but went to check to make sure everything was OK. They did an excellent job of texturing and repainting. They even came back to add some more texture in an area that didn't get 'hit' good enough. I would definetely recommend them. As a matter of fact we hired them because while at a paint store, the person working there said they wouldn't hire anyone else to do a job like ours. That was all the recommendation we needed.

Keith, the owner, came out to my place to give an estimate. He was professional and personable. We scheduled the job. CJ, Super Shooters' longest -term employee, arrived on schedule. He covered everything thoroughly that was not to be textured - carpet, cabinets, light fixtures, etc and removed all electrical wall plates. He applied the first texture coat that day, then the next day applied the knockdown coat, then removed all the protective coverings he had used. He did a good job. I would use Super Shooters again.

Several contractors had said that they would be a good company to call, but, although they came to give an estimate, they never returned calls or provided one. No explanation was provided.

Things went great! Although we were scheduled early in the AM; Keith Martin called and explained that he had mixed up the paperwork for scheduling and his crew went to another locale first, but that they would be there approx 1 to 1 1/2 hours later than expected. He apologized and wanted me to know that we were not forgotten - just a scheduling mix-up. It was no problem for me and the crew did arrive approx. 1 hour later and had the entire job done in less than an hour. They covered our new door with plastic and the floor area that may be impacted to protect them.

They are coming tomorrow morning to do the work. They came on Monday for the estimate and asked if Thursday was good for the work so there wasn't a long wait time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He pointed some things out The company that put in the door was going to have a different company come and repair the wall but my husband and I check any contractors that are working in our home and found that the company they were going to use had their license suspended. We found Super Shooters and they are going to do the work. The person I spoke with was very helpful in scheduling them to come out for the estimate.

This is a very messy process for the workers and lots of moving of home items by the homeowner. Keith the owner came and gave bid and is very knowledgeable about his company and the process. Explained everything. Have to move out of the home for the night after the ceiling is taken down as the interior of the house is wrapped in plastic and the removal is messy. Crew arrived about an hour late on the morning of the start of the project. A phone call would have been helpful. However they worked very fast, moved furniture as needed, removed lights and ceiling fan paddles and wrapped pendants that could not be moved and got right to work. Next day the painter Jack arrived right on schedule and started work promptly. After painting he reinstalled the lighting and ceiling fans, cleaned up all the plastic from inside and vacuumed the house. He also washed off the sidewalks and doorsteps to make sure they were clean. Considering the messiness of this project, it's good to know that the crew makes every effort to return your house in the condition it was when they started. That's really appreciated.

They responded quickly to come for an estimate and work was scheduled to be done early the following week. They showed up a bit late (40 minutes) but immediately went to work covering and protecting everything. They were done in under 90 minutes and cleaned up all their materials. The finished product looked great.

They were very impressive. They totally took over the house for three days and sheeted everything off. When they left it was completely clean. I expected it to be very dirty when they left since this is a very messy process, but everything looked great. I was amazed that it only took three days. I would not hire anyone else but them and their price was really good.

Although I didn't go with Supershooters (based solely on cost, as this was a rental property), I had a great initial meeting with them. Keith (the owner) was punctual and very detail oriented with his estimates and appeared very knowledgeable and experienced with painting. Keith is also a landlord as well (multiple properties) and he has very good advice/knowledge of what needs to get done to make the rental unit ready for show. He also is networked with other folks (cleaners, repairs, etc.) so he may be able to get good pricing as a total package. Again, I didn't go with them because their bid was slightly over the lowest bid I received. But since this was a rental property, I wanted to be as cost conscious as possible. If I were to paint my own residence, I would strongly consider them.

He's wonderful and has done a very nice job. He's very cooperate and worked around my schedule. Very helpful. We've been working together for the last month. He's very professional, takes things down and takes care of what he needs to do. Cleans up after himself. Doesn't leave globs of paint. He's trustworthy. So much that he has a key to my house. A very well grounded young man.

This company did a good job of what was promised. They responded quickly to the initial phone call, showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves. They were unobtrusive and quick in their work.

They came out gave me the estimate, then scheduled the work, then I had problems with my AC and ceiling damage in my hall. He came out and accessed the damage, they added to the estimate and included on the original schedule, showed up on time, completed the work on schedule. Then they came back and inspected the work.

Excellent quality work and good clean-up given the nature of the company's business. Owner Keith provided a good overview of the process, the expected outcome, and my responsibilities prior to the work. That was very helpful. The acoustic ceiling removal crew was somewhat late in getting started ... 9:15 am. The project was expected to take two days, one for removal and one for painting. However, the ceiling wasn't quite dry by the second day. The painting crew suggested (and I fully agreed) to allow the taped joints to fully dry before painting. The painting crew was punctual and completed their work on the third day. Both crews (removal and painting) were professional and courteous. Further, they took very good care of my furniture. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work. I can't imagine removing the acoustic and painting the ceiling myself.

They were very careful and took great care of my house which was completely upside down for a week it's definitely something I don't want to do ever again. Anyways, they did a wonderful job and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. The one thing I did not like about them was that they were difficult to contact and that's important in a project as big as the one I had.

Super shooters showed up on time for work and for the estimate. They were pleasant and respectful of my preferences. They worked quickly and efficiently. They originally stated that the job would take one long day. By arrangement with me, they agreed to return a second day to finish the job. Their work is of excellent quality and the price asked was a very good value. Ultimately, I was very pleased with their work although the clean up after plastering was good but not excellent.

Super Shooters (Keith and Mary) were professional. The work was done well and as it was described it would be done. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall they did a pretty good job, it took around three hours to scrape, tape and texture. Looked fine, but when we had a closer look the next day we noticed a few defects, nails showing and later crack showing through tape. We called for a follow up visit but they forgot to show up, said they were sorry and set up another appointment but called on that day to say a worker cut himself and couldn't make it out. So they set up another date but did not show up or bother to call. When you call them all you get is an answering machine, not a live person. At this point we gave up and fixed their flaws ourselves.

We were pleased with the work done. The employees were very careful of the floors and furniture and most considerate of whether we were satisfied with the work. They stressed that the workmanship was guaranteed and promised to return to fix anything that needed it.

They were terrific. They came on time, completed the work when they said they would, and left our house very clean afterwards, considering what they had done. They also stood behind their work.

Keith was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate, schedule and start the project on time. Keith's crew did the work in our absence over a three day period. When we returned the site was clean and the work completed to our satisfaction.

I am one of several folks who have had this work done in my area recently. I am SO glad I was willing to pay a little more for a professional team! There was not always someone to answer the phone, but my experience was quality work with minimum interruption to my life! They were a little later than I expected on the appointed morning. I called and was told they were probably in line to get material for the job. They arrived shortly, with everything they needed. The team lead explained how they would handle the ceiling fan and other electrical devices attached to the ceiling; the assistant got busy putting down masking tape. Sounded good. We left, with the cats, for two nights, as agreed. Stopped by the next day to see a completely plastic draped interior. We came home the 3rd morning to a completed job; the carpet had been vacuumed!
