Description of Work: Jeremiah has helped us with kitchen and bathroom issues several times. He has solved problems caused by defective equipment, spent considerable time on the phone with Kohler's "help" line, and adapted when Kohler sent the wrong parts. I would not use anyone else.

Description of Work: When I called Jeremiah he responded immediately. When I told him the previous plumber was not taking calls he warned me I should really try to get the previous plumber as that would be free as the faucet he had installed a few weeks ago came loose. But Jeremiah would have to charge for the work. After convincing him I no longer wanted the previous person, we set the appointment. Jeremiah arrived a little early, tightened the kitchen faucet and replaced the aerator on the dishwasher drain hose. He charged only for the part which made the service call alone, including senior discount, $67.50, as advertised. Jeremiah is an experienced plumber, personable, friendly, and respectful. We will call him soon for a bathroom project. Meanwhile we will be recommending him to our friends.

Description of Work: Jeremiah was refereed to us by a friend. We have been impressed with all aspects of his business. His prices are very good. He is conscious of keeping his pricing accurate. He is clean, honest and easy to be around. He is good at what he does. The following is a list of the jobs he has done for us. All of these jobs were completed in a very professional, clean and affordable manner. Our Bash on demand water heater was broken and we had several other plumbers out to trouble shoot the problem. Several times we contacted Bash customer support for advice and to order new parts. Alas it was looking as though the water heater needed to be replaced. We called Jeremiah to came check out the water heater. He spent 15 minutes inspecting the existing unit. He observed something that gave him hope that the existing water heater could possibly be ok. He went out to his car where he accessed his I phone to do some research. He came back and reported that he felt fairly sure he could fix the problem. It did not take him long to get the unit back up and working. We are so happy to have saved the time and money that would have gone into a new on demand water heater. He Easily saved us one thousand dollars. Merry Christmas!!!!! What we paid him to fix it was nominal in comparison to what we would have had to pay for a new Water heater and the installation cost. He removed our old toilet and installed a new one. He installed a new bathroom vanity. He installed a recycled sink into our guest bathroom. He was very helpful and encouraging when it came to reusing the sink that had come out of the master bathroom. It was a very cost effective way to go. He removed our kitchen sink and cut a clean hole in the counter top to accommodate for the new larger sink he installed. He also unblocked our tub and toilet in the guest bathroom.

Description of Work: I called Jeremiah based on glowing reccomendations on this site. He responded promptly to my call, came over the following week and took at look at my project ( a major remodeling job). He was very friendly and professional, had lots of ideas, and promised to get back to me with a quote. I was really looking forward to working with him. But then I never heard from him again! I called him twice to ask about the quote. He never returned my calls! I have no idea what happened, but I was very diappointed.

Description of Work: Rebuilt toilet. Leak location and repair. Replacement of bathroom pipes under subfloor in downstairs bathroom, removal of old bath and retaining walls, installation of new toilet, and vanity/sink.

Description of Work: Two leaks under double kitchen sink with wall mount faucet (house was built in 1950). One leaked when the dishwasher was discharging (rt side sink), the other leak was at the wall, (left side sink, which caused the use of a bucket). Jeremiah's solution to these problems was to replace all the pipes, fittings ect from the wall to both drains, and from the dishwasher. The pipe from the dishwasher crumbled when he tried to remove it, but he was able to overcome that problem quickly. As with old homes, one never knows what will happen when it comes to plumbing. He was able to accommodate the problems presented with quick solutions.
