Straight Flush Plumbing to the rescue. We had a toilet that would overfill from time to time. I gave them a call to fix the problem. They tried for what seemed like hours, they finally had to remove the toilet to discover the problem. They were great to work with and the bill was very affordable, especially since it took a lot longer than expected. I can highly recommend them. They were friendly and professional from the initial phone contact to the completion of the job. I couldn't be more pleased.

Jeremiah and his assistant ,James arrived ready to work with all the equipment they needed. I explained all the jobs we wanted done and the specific precautions that I expected and was impressed with Jeremiah's responses. His professional demeanor instilled confidence that the work would be done well and that other tenants in the apartment building would not be inconvenienced or insecure while the work was going on. When the jobs were finished he reviewed each one with me. When he discovered work that was not done correctly, he told me he would correct the situation and not charge for the extra time taken to fix it. I appreciate his skill and knowledge and will definitely use him again.

It went really well. Jeremiah was able to squeeze me in the same day and since I had no water at the time this was a huge help. He arrived on time and fixed the problem for a lot less then even I had anticipated. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. Ive dealt with all the local big guys and jeremiah is definitely the plumber i will call if anything happens.

The owner, Jeremiah, was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. His father was a plumber, and Jeremiah picked up the family tradition. For the job he performed for me, he was expedient, and knew his job. He was entirely familiar with Codes, the product and the differences in other models/brands. He disposed of the old unit for me, and as a fan of professionality, It was an entirely painless and positive. This provider is easy to recommend to any who would need a plumbing service call.

We had a bit of a rough start with a miscommunication about the appointment time but that unpleasant memory evaporated once Jeremiah arrived and began to work. He was impressively methodical in reasoning out our unique system and our problem is fixed! And in less than one hour. We had given $650 to another local firm who did some required maintenance but could not keep their eyes on the ball since when they left we still did not have a satisfactory shower, bath or dishwasher load. After one hour with a system he had never seen before, Jeremiah figured it out, and not only fixed the problem but showed us how to adjust it if needed in the future. This young man has a bright future. He listens, he is energetic, honest, and really smart. If he can fix our unique setup, he will have no trouble with a more traditional system which yours probably is. I don't feel the need to call anyone else in the future.

He was prompt, very professional and personable. Another time we had him re-plumb our new stove so as to be able to slide it all the way into the space.

Jeremiah was really great! I had a leaky faucet and told him that it may need to be fixed or I may need a new faucet. He explained that in most cases, the faucet can be fixed and it is cheaper to go that way. He was very clear in his explanation and seemed to have my best interest in mind. But, when he tried to repair it, it became clear that the problem was not going to be easily fixed with a part and the part was not available locally (needed to be ordered). So, we decided to go with a new faucet. Jeremiah did not charge me for the failed attempt at repair and only charged me for the new installation of the faucet. He was very honest and fair. He cleaned up after himself and the faucet looks great!
