Description of Work: Needed fancy shower control to get decent water pressure. Technician was able to get it to work properly. (Stay away from Hansgrohe plumbing fixtures, they are expensive & a pain in the neck.) |Also they were the plumbers used in a bathroom remodel project. During the course of the job they did excellent work, which is why I called them in for the other problem. I would call them again for any serious work.

Description of Work: We are updating our kitchen (granite, cabinets, etc) and we were having some problems with the hookup of the new sink that was installed...(NOT installed by Town and Country) connections of the pipes below the sink, disposal, and the dishwaher hookup. I called Town and Country in the afternoon, talked to the person who answered and set up a time for them to come out at 10 am. They showed up on time, fixed all the problems and 45 minutes later everything was working properly. Very professional, good work, and a fair price, what more can you ask for. I will definitly keep their number and use them when I need plumnbing work done.

+ -1 moreThese guys are great. Their first visit was an emergency, and they came that very day. They were very professional and fixed the leak quickly with minimal damage to the wall. The next day they came out and installed the pressure regulator and two faucets. I had purchased the faucets myself intending to do the install, but decided to hire Town & Country after learning what their price would be. Unfortunately, the install did not go well, apparently it was a "knuckle-buster", and it took much longer than expected. They did not add any extra fees or charges, but stuck with the original price. The last time they were out was to fix a small leak. It was not really an emergency and they came as scheduled and did another outstanding job. We have been very happy with all the work they have done and will recommend them to everyone!
Description of Work: We have called on this company 3 times in the past 2 months. First, they fixed a leak in the hot water line within an interior wall. The next time they installed a pressure regulator and 2 bathroom faucets. Their most recent visit was to fix a leak in the hot water line between the hot water heater and the recirculating pump.

+ -1 moreOur 9 year old propane water heater started squirting large amounts of water from the top of the tank. I called at 7:30 AM on Saturday and spoke with Gary Tanner. He sent a plumber out (Andy Pacheco) who arrived at 9:30. He diagnosed the problem (rusted out on top) and with our approval went to San Marcos and purchased and installed a new water heater. I'm glad he discovered that the pressure regulator was defective and he also replaced that. Prompt and efficient service.
Description of Work: Replaced 50 gallon LPG water heater and replaced 1" pressure regulator.
