They came out and accessed the situation within minutes. Took care of it quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up throughly afterwards. Had to pull the toilet which another plumbing repair place had quoted at twice the price!

Sam arrived within an hour of promised appt time and was very pleasant and professional. Showed him how to access the attic in order to assess where the water leak was located. We turned the water back on and within a couple of minutes he spotted the leak. He then said it would be a flat rate of $175 and got his equipment from the truck to go back into the attic and repair the pipe. Took him approximately 15 mins. to repair and tested for leaks again. We also had the water pressure tested for correct percent range coming in from the street. Everything checked out and Sam was on his way again. Sam did a great job explaining that the pipe was over 26 yrs old and they can eventually wear out. Would definitely call Town & Country again for any future plumbing needs. Ken Wait

He took the old water heater to get rid of Soldered all the new connections for the new water heater Had the new water heater up and running within the hour I would recommend him and the Company Town and Country anytime for services. It went very well. Andy showed up within a short time of scheduling the service. The leak was a very slow leak, but he advised us to get it repaired right away. Even though his day was busy and it was late afternoon, he fit us in. For some reason, bleeding out the lines took longer than usual. He was patient with this and kept the leaking water to a minimum.

..Less than a hour worth of work too expensive. On both invoices called company asked for a break down on parts and labor. Spoke with the owner and he stated that he wasn't gong to give that type of information he was very nasty. Over priced work

Town and Country Plumbing overcharged us and then, after agreeing to a partial refund, reneged. Andy paid a 10 minute visit to our house and told us a toilet filler valve needed to be replaced; since it was an old toilet, he needed to order the part. He returned a few days later with a filler valve conversion kit and installed it in about 10 minutes. The bill was $285. After learning that valves were available on Amazon for as little as $20, I called Andy and asked how much he had paid. He said he had bought a conversion kit from Kohler for about $160. I asked for the receipt and he promised to send it. He never did. I called him about the receipt and he told me his father (the owner of the business) refused to provide it. He also said that the conversion kit cost $120--not $160--and said that the balance of the bill was for labor. He claimed two hours of labor since he had made two visits. I acknowledged a minimum fee for one hour of labor, no matter how much time spent, but felt that the twenty minutes of his time should not be billed as two hours. He agreed that his billing time had not been made clear at the outset and promised to refund $90. This was never done. Town and Country did not have the courtesy to inform me it was not making a refund or to explain to me why it was breaking its promise to do so.

I live in a 1955 home that unfortunately is subject to annual problems with the main drain. I have called a plumber once a year for drain problems. I would have called a previous plumber I used, but I cannot remember his name or number. I was recommended to use this business by a neighbor. They were able to come out the next day as this was not an emergency service. The plumber, Sam asked me where the drain out is located. How should I know? All the plumbers in the past were experienced enough to be able to determine where and how to access the drains. Because I didn't know where the clean out was he stated he would have to rip out my toilet and access the lines in that manner. I called my spouse who spoke to him and informed him we did not have a clean out. Other plumbers had accessed the roof, the drains from the front and the rear of the house. I then informed Sam that I am not a plumber and if his plumbing skills could not inform him where to access the lines, then I would not be able to utilize his services. After walking in the front yard then backyard in his work boots he walked right across my area rugs in his work boots. I have area rugs, not a fully carpeted house, it very easy to remain on hardwood floors without traipsing across my silk rugs. He apologized that he could not help and we wished each other a good day.

When I called for service, I spoke directly to the owner, Gary Tanner. ( I thought that was a good sign!) Their plumber, Sam, arrived right on time and went directl to work. He was careful not to track in debris, or destroy any stucco surrounding the external clean-out port. He was very professional, and pleasant to deal with. He finished the job in about one half hour, using near-new equipment, and explained what had been the problem. When finished,he totally cleaned up the mess from the repair. My $99.95 bill was very fair, and this is the only plumbing company I will call in the future. Maybe I just got lucky, but I believe the $9.95 I spent to join Angie's list was very well spent.

The plumber arrived within the 2 hour time frame I was given. He had the correct part on his truck and was in and out in under 15 minutes. I received a 5% "senior discount".

Sam figured out approximately where the leak was so that the there was minimal cutting of the dry wall. He also was careful to vacuum/pick up the the mess. If I ever have a plumbing issue again, I will call Sam Gomez at Town & Country Plumbing!

I called for an apointment. They said between 12:00 and 2:30. They where a no show no call nothing.

They are super guys. My water heater went out on Friday evening of the Memorial Day weekend and they came Saturday morning. And they didn't charge me extra for that. I've been using them for quite a while. I really don't remember what prompted me to pick them out, except that I know that there are other plumbing companies that I wouldn't work with. I would say, it's been quite a while that I've used them and I've always been satisfied. I wouldn't think about calling anybody else. As far as I know their price is very competitive. I have not done a price comparison. The thing about this company is they give you an honest estimate, they charge what they quote, they do the job when they said they'll do it, they keep the place clean and the job is done satisfactorily.

Outstanding service. The technician (John) arrived on time, he was friendly, and very professional. He was very polite and knowledgable concerning our exact issue. He replaced the 3-way mixing valve cartridge, while I watched and explained the entire process - even showing me how it was done in case our issue happened again. My wife and I are very impressed! If the need for plumbing services arises again, we will definitely use Town and Country.

They had to change one part on my toilet the last time they came out and didn't charge me. They come when they say they will and do what they say they will. They charge reasonable prices.

I found a pinhole leak in the cap on a cold water line about 5:00 on a Saturday. Called Town & Country and within about 20 minutes they were here. It was a straightforward fix, but he just got in, did it, and that was that. Very professional, and I would recommend them.

Hot water heater dies Christmas morning. Called Town & Country plumbing but had to call them back on Monday due to holiday weekend. They came to the house Monday afternoon and replaced the hot water heater and hauled away the old one. They did an excellent job and will definitely use them again, if needed. Start to finish the job took approximately 3 hours.
