Even though the rates have increased, Kilter still performs a terrific job when it comes to pest control. I am particularly impressed with their technicians. They always send knowledgeable guys and even though there?s no need to explain what they were doing since I am a long time customer, they still do so. Maybe they are used to it. Kilter did a free inspection for me. The inspector came on time and did a thorough inspection to our home, while explaining what he found. It was small infestation so it was possible to treat it myself. I had it done a few days later and followed the inspectors suggestions. His visit was a wonderful experience. If not because of his guidance and instructions, I wouldn?t have been able to do a successful job in exterminating the termites.

I have hired other companies in the past for my termite problem but none was able to truly end it. That was until I met Kilter. Yes, they came swiftly like a storm. Howling at the termites and with their equipment and chemicals, they battered the termite?s nest and washed them all away. Termites fought back but it was a futile attempt. We have used Kilter to treat for carpenter ants as well as other bugs that came to invade our home. They do a great job and have shown exemplary customer service. I like the fact that one treatment complete keeps any pest at bay for a long, long time. To be honest, I have never called them back to redo their work. The products they use are so amazing! It works so perfectly without posing any danger or risk to us.

The dry rot was not completely done and they had to come back. This took 3 weeks to get someone out again but they did a good job and we would use them again. The workmen were very courteous and the management was very professional and wanted to get our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I must say that my experience was more than great. The technician Jonathan was very thorough and thoughtful. His workmanship and professionalism were appreciated. I would say that they need to update their policy on whats covered afterwards though. Right now If I get fleas I have to pay extra, a lot of competitors would just take care of it. They want extra for it but i will cross that bridge when I get there.

I asked for an estimate to treat termite damage in my shed, and Kilter scheduled an inspector to come out within two days. The inspector was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. But he told me that they have a minimum charge of $1350, which is far more than it would cost to spray the shed. I was looking for someone to deal with a small termite problem, and apparently they only deal with larger ones. I am upset that I was not told on the phone about this minimum, before scheduling an inspection. I took half a day off work to meet the inspector, and it was a waste of my time. Kilter should show more respect for its customers' time and be upfront about what they will and will not do.

They do a good inspection, but I wouldn't use them for any other thing than just inspections and small termite problems.

They always call the day before to remind us about pets/children etc. They never miss the service. Men are clean, polite, and cordial. The office personnel is courteous and helpful.

They have been good. There wasn’t any cost really. It was like a yearly visit. I did a service with them where they treated some stuff and basically, I pay a yearly maintenance fee. They come out and do a check every year. If there are issues, they will give a treatment or if I see evidence of any damage, then, they will come and treat that for free. It is like a maintenance thing. They do a good job.
