Kilter Termite And Pest Control

Over the past few years, I have hired Kilter to rodent-proof my house, treat it for termites and manage my pest control. I have always had a great experience with them. Hard working guys that do an exceptional job. Their $99 quarterly pest control plan is perfect to keep things under control.

Erik was a fantastic technician. Showed up on time and ready to work. He did an excellent job as so far we have no complaints.

Initial inspection report from Kilter included $7200 to address pest issue they identified. When they sent a PO for the same $7200 from the original quote, we signed it. 70% through the job they said we need to pay another $4500 to complete it because they made a clerical error by not putting the same scope of work in the PO as the original quote. Can't understand how they think they will get away with it. But now I need to waste my time and frustration with arguing with them and will likely end up in court as they don't appear to understand the legal implications of what they did

The guy who came out was really impressed. Very thorough and he's been doing it for 15 years so he knows what he's doing.

Very well...we've had follow up touch up work but have not heard back from them about the next recommended follow up service.

Work was fine. I always had to call them to schedule a yearly inspection and then repeatedly call to get a copy of the inspection. Also, no discount for having been a steady customer. Up-side was that we didn't have to tent!

There accounting department doesn't know what it,is,doing.

They were very up font with blueprints, they went over every single things that needed toi be done. vey informative and professional. Very approachable and social-able and friendly, You could not ask for anything better!

Very well. I had had the original inspection and treatment done Sept 2016, and it was time for the annual re-inspection. There was one area of concern re: termites; the inspector made an appointment for me for the treatment to be done. Spiders: I only wanted the exterior and the garage sprayed since I have 3 indoor cats. On the 3 occasions that people came out, I was pleased that, although the arrival window was 8 to noon, they always arrived between 8 and 8:30. Ricardo (pest control) called to let me know he was on his way and gave me an exact arrival time. On all 3 current occasions, the office called to confirm the appointment the day before.

The man who came out did not completely do the job. He missed at least 10 or 12 spots and when I asked them to come back out they told me to schedule another appointment, but that they wouldn't repair any of the damaged wood. I can't trust them to do this job .

I used Kilter Termite and Pest Control. They were here February of 2016. They get an A on the tenting part but I give them an F on the wood repair because every board split. they did come out and look and I told them they needed to replace it. I had called them last month and still haven't replaced anything or called me back for an appointment. So I'm not very happy with them right now. I felt the price was competitive with the other people. When they came out to do the job punctuality was an A. They were there when they said they were going to be there and they got it all wrapped up and they said they got it wrapped up. They were very good and cleaned up after themselves.

I am a repeat customer and this is not because their service suck, which is not. I am a repeat customer because they go over and beyond to fix our pest problems. Just recently, I called them to handle a rodent problem in one of our property and they again provided a courteous and quality pest control service that has sold us in the first place. Due to the complexity of the problem, they came several times to make sure they have completely removed the pests.

I had a major termite problem. I called Kilter and not only was they able to determine the damage but also work on a plan to help fix the damage after performing treatment. Considering the huge problem I was facing, they were considerate enough to give me reasonably priced and family friendly solution. Thank you Kilter for saving my home from termites.

Such a timely response! I had a small ant issue and called them on a Wednesday afternoon and then someone came out on Thursday. So far so good! They sprayed and placed baits in some areas around the house. I am confident they would timely return if there are more issues. Friends have used them for similar treatment and they had no issues after they receive the service.

Kilter was recommended through a neighbor. We had ongoing problems with mice and I am pretty convinced the situation has gone from bad to worse in just 2 months. Kilter was very helpful over the phone and gave us a 4 hour window appointment. However, they called 30 minutes earlier, which forced me to run home just to meet them. They identified the root of our problem and sealed the entry point first before they trapped the mice. Kilter had been friendly and honest to me. I will contact them again if we have another pest problem.

I deal with real estate, which is why I definitely know what I am saying. Kilter is the best company for your pest control needs. Just recently, we hired Kilter to do a full termite control treatment. They were honest, reliable and extremely hardworking. It is hard to find such good pest control company these days that having them feels refreshing. Kilter let us know the current extent of the problem as well as what needs to be done. I enjoyed working with them and would continue to do so in the future.

We bought an old house that needed lots of work. The first thing we worked on was installing a new door. It was very nice work. Good price. Great service. Because of this, we have recommended them to friends. Thanks for the great job!

Finding ants in your pantry is no fun. Finding them even in your living room is a lot worse. So, I needed rescuing. Then came Kilter. Not only these guys were professional and polite, but also follow through each call, consultation or visit. They did everything they have to just to return my home to its normal (no ant) state. They knocked out that sick feeling of having ants living with you. I would recommend Kilter for any pest issues, whether it is big or small.

I telephoned to ask whether they can come out to treat termites and the answer was a quick resounding ?YES?. Matt came and sorted everything out very professionally. It was an efficient and quick work. The approach was nature friendly that would never cause harm to us or our pets. Plus, the treatment was effective because the termite swarm perished immediately.

We have been very happy with Kilter. We feel we can trust them, have not had any problems with them.
