Description of Work: I pay for annual service with Kilter Termite and it is really worth it. Any problems that I have, they immediately come out and fix for free all year. In addition, if I refer someone and they use Kilter, they waive my annual fee for that year.

At the time of the last inspection, the company seemed more interested in selling repair work than performing effective treatment. Several months after the last inspection, the company sent a follow-up letter offering a discount to perform the repair work offered at the time of inspection. At the time for the next annual inspection the company provided many automated phone calls to schedule appointments. No personal interaction. Just seemed to be running on auto-pilot. | |Not impressed with their service. We have chosen Pacific Coast Termite and were very pleased with their service and attention to detail.

Description of Work: They did there annual yearly inspection. I have used them for 16 years. The yearly cost is based on the kind of treatment I have had in the past. They come once a year usually at the beginning of the year. I don't remember the date they came, but I believe it was in February of this year. I have a yearly contract with them. It cost the most the first year, and after that it is lower. The first year it was $550. I needed them to come about 6 years ago and treat the walls and ceiling as the termites got into my 2nd floor. I paid $750 for that. I live in a town house community so tenting is out of the questions as I am connected to other units. We share common walls.

Description of Work: Kilter comes out once a year and checks for termites. They treat any areas that they need to and are available if I have any problems throughout the year. It is all covered by my annual fee. The first time they came out it was more expensive but it was many years ago, so I can't remember the first time rate. I believe it depends on how much you need to have done. But ever since then I pay the annual rate to keep our place termite free. If I refer them to someone else and the person uses their service, then my annual rate is free that year! |

Description of Work: The technician arrived on time. He was very professional, efficient and thorough. He explained in detail what and where he had checked for termites. He found no indication of any termites and told me I did not need any treatment. I was very satisfied with the service and I woyuld call this company again.
