Description of Work: They were so bad that they actually did another house instead of mine because they could not find my address. Then they had the nerve to deny it AND charge me for it. Not only that, I had paid them $198 in advance for a process, then I cancelled the job, and they refused to refund my money or try to negotiate.

Description of Work: Had been under contract with them for 8 years. During their watch, huge amount of termite damage occurred and they would not cover the expense to repair, even though they had used that as a way to sway me to get a contract with them. They said it would prevent us from having costly termite damage repairs. Of course, we will not use them any longer since they did not honor this and were very deceptive.

Description of Work: Salesperson was very rude. Did not use them as a result.

Description of Work: Previous tenants infected the house with German cockroachs. What an ordeal. Thank heaven for Kilter. |My mother has been using them,for many years having an annual termite prevention contract.

Description of Work: They did a thorough job of pest control in and out of the house. But did not treat the soil. Spiders were back within a month; so the company should have explained that repeated treatments were required to get rid of spider infestation.

Description of Work: I called just to get a free inspection, as they advertise they do, and all the woman I spoke to did was try to upsell me asking if the property was going to be sold any time soon. I said possibly in a few months, but right now, I just wanted an inspection because I was seeing what I thought might be termites. Apparently that's all I had to say because all of a sudden my free inspection was going to cost money!? She said she had to find out the cost for inspection and for a plan!? I told her never mind, there were many other companies I could contact.

Description of Work: Why give 8-10 am appointment window when you are going to show up at 12:30pm. Not only that but the operator claims the appt was between 8 to 2 pm when it was clearly given to me 8-10 the day before. You need to stop the telemarketing calls, and stop wasting people's time by showing up way late. BTW, This was my second encounter with them. Had an inspector come out couple months ago because I saw some termite swarming in my front yard. The gentleman who came out was nice, but he just had me point to where they were swarming, and did not inspect the inside of house at all. I thought I would give them a second chance...

Description of Work: After an inspection they indicated that I had between 10-15 roof rats living in my attic, I gave them the go ahead paid 1100.00 , they set traps and sealed holes in the roof,caught one rat the first time,2 rats the second time and 1 rat the last time. Thats about $250 a rat.They were very professional, but the cost was too high

Description of Work: They come for yearly inspection & treatment and so they haven't come yet this year, but I have them scheduled for the 21st of March. I have been using them for 16 yrs. A few years back they had to inject some foam into my walls and ceilings upstairs, and that cost me about $750. They can't tent my place as I live in a townhouse. That took care of the problem. I leave all of my windows open so the termites got in through my screens upstairs. They guarantee all of my place even areas they don't treat. I have them check my roof and back patio which they treat if I ask them too, and if they find any termites in those areas. |

Description of Work: I pay for annual service with Kilter Termite and it is really worth it. Any problems that I have, they immediately come out and fix for free all year. In addition, if I refer someone and they use Kilter, they waive my annual fee for that year.
