Description of Work: They have a tendency to bill you twice for the service. They have double billed me twice in eight months.

Description of Work: Kilter comes annually and makes sure that our property is termite free. We have been paying around $ 250/year for the service after the initial visit. Apparently prices are increasing this year. The one time that I saw additional termites, Kilter was quick to respond and fix my problem.

Description of Work: They sent out their inspector for termites and rodents. Subsequently, they treated the attic, underneath the house, the deck and garage for termites. They had inspection follow-ups to that. Then they sealed any openings to anywhere in the house and under the house where rodents could enter. They took all insulation from the attic and set traps. They rechecked on 3 follow-ups. They sanitized the attic space, then blew new insulation back into the attic. They put a new door on the crawl space under the house. It went well. The service men were very nice and polite. They kept everything very neat and tidy. They did a great job.

Description of Work: The work was done in three steps. They first did the termite spraying. The second step dealt with the rodents and consisted of closing off any places throughout the house where rodents could enter followed by taking all the insulation out of the attic and setting traps. This was followed by rechecking the traps three weeks in a row. The last step was to blow new insulation into the attic. The workmen were great always arriving when they said they would.

They assessed termite damage under our house years earlier, but then we discovered they did not complete the repairs. Overpriced for service.

Description of Work: They termite proofed the grounds and building except for one shed that required moving items for them to get to the walls w 2 yr warranty | |They replaced and treated damaged fascia (sp) boards and steadied 3 posts in the front of the house. Also treated gables of garage w 100% warranty for all wood replacement.

Description of Work: Located and treated all termite areas except in shed which required me to remove items. Also replaced fascia, piller that needed fixing.

Description of Work: KIlter came out and inspected my condo for termites. The found several different locations. The explained the different options that I could take and offered to come back the next day to do the work.

Description of Work: They did a termite treatment of our house and the surrounding area around the garage. The employee showed up on time and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The price was exactly what was stated on the estimate. I will use their service again in the future.
