They were responsive. They got back to me quickly. They gave me a verbal estimate and then gave me a written estimate. They were right on with the estimate and came out and did the work. The workers that came out were good. We had no problems with them. I was happy with everything. I am going to use him to replace the wood.

Kilter walked me around the house and did a through inspection. He explained the differences between his method and other companies and explained everything very well. Everything was excellent.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND COMPLETED JOB IN A FEW HOURS - REP SAID HE GAVE US DISCOUNTS BUT THEY WERE NEVER DETAILED

They were very professional and the quality of work was to our saisfaction. We worked well with them.

They are prompt, professional, and courteous. Their price is reasonable. I would commend them to others.

They also went into attic and they did the entire building. The spray was a success. They came back to do the front unit patio of the rental property. They had to drill into the concrete and the wall.

They drilled about 12 to 20 holes in my back porch and sprayed pest control treatment in the soil in the porch area and resealed all the holes properly where they did not have the cement coming apart. They also sprayed under my house and a quarter of my attic area because they sensed some gnawing. They came out and checked and I haven?t had any termites since then. What I liked about them was I could ask questions and completed the work quickly and nicely.

They showed up on time, gave me an estimate up front, stuck to that price and didn't try to up-sell me. I think they did a good job and we were pretty satisfied.

I have used the company yearly since 2002 and have been fairly satisfied with their work in treating termites locally, not tenting, but on July 11, 2006 there were deficiencies and below the usual standards of Kilter and I contacted the company and suggested that a Manager come out to see the shoddy type of work being performed by Kilter's workers. I sent out a certified letter on August 29, 2006 since I received no response by phone and after receiving the certified letter Management refused to inspect the shoddy work performed by their workers. I have since been contacting various pest control companies to complete the work Kilter should have done and am still trying to find a reputable pest control company. I've contacted Angie's List and have contacted some of the suggested companies, but have yet to select a company.

They drilled holes and put bait in the holes. A guy came back out before the year warranty was up to treat again. I have since seen extensive droppings. An inspector came out and said it would take more time than he had that day. It has been about a week now, and I am still waiting for him to call back.

We had a small pencil lead size hole in one wall of our house that had what looked kinda like sand, coming out of it. We suspected termites and consulted Angie's List for help in determining what company to contact. Kilter was great, they gave us a very convenient appointment time frame and also called us to let us know when they were on their way. Jonathan was extremely informative and pleasant to deal with, we settled on a price and scheduled the treatment appointment. The actual treatment took several hours, we weren't required to leave or remove food, pet's or plant's. There was no odor and no mess to clean up. They did a fantastic job and made our "extermination" very pleasant.

The company appears to be professional. The work was done quickly, but the exterminator was later than the time window given. The cost seems high given the 1 hour of work actually done. And the exterminator work did not seem to be in exact alignment with the areas in need of treatment per the original inspector. The exterminator claims the work did cover all active infestation. I have a 1 year warranty and free re-inspection in 11 months.

THE WORK SEEMED TO BE VERY GOOD AND SATISFACTORY. THEY PRETTY MUCH SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SHOULD AND DID THEIR JOB. THE GENTLEMAN CAME OUT BEFORE THEY STARTED AND TALKED ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THIS ALTERNATIVE TO TENTING. WE GREATLY APPRECIATED THAT WE DID NOT NEED TO MOVE OUT LIKE YOU HAVE TO WITH TENTING.

I HAD A VERY GOOD IMPRESSION OF THE PERSONALITIES OF THE PEOPLE. THEY DID NOT DO COMPLETE WORK BUT THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED IT UP. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PERFECT, BUT THEY WEREN'T SO THEY TOOK CARE OF THEIR PROBLEMS.

THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD. THEY ARE GOOD AS FAR AS PUNCTUALITY AND EFFECTIVENESS. THEY CAME WITHIN TWO HOURS OF THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WERE COMING. I DON'T SEE ANY MORE TERMITES. I THINK IT WAS PRETTY HIGH, BUT THEY ARE EFFECTIVE, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY ARE YOUNG GUYS, BUT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS. THEN THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH.

THE ORIGINAL SALES PERSON WAS VERY NICE. THE OFFICE STAFF ARE ALWAYS CONSIDERATE. THAT S THE GOOD NEWS. THE BAD NEWS IS THAT AFTER KILTER TREATED MY HOUSE COMPLETELY, I PAID FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE. KILTER HAS NO SYSTEM TO CALL YOU AND SCHEDULE THE ANNUAL VISITS - YOU HAVE TO REMIND THEM. WHEN THEY DID THE MAINTENANCE VISITS THEY TOLD ME AREAS WERE INACCESSIBLE FOR TREATMENT. THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED THE HOUSE TENTED, THIS WAS AFTER ABOUT 5 YEARS OF SO-CALLED 'MAINTENANCE'. I SPENT $135 PER YEAR JUST TO END UP IN THE SAME SPOT AS SOMEONE WITHOUT A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN - SENT A MESSAGE BACK WITH ONE OF THE INSPECTORS AND EVEN WROTE A LETTER - I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A RESPONSE. I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF KILTER TERMITE.
