Great company to deal with. I hired them to service my HVAC system and then hired them to install my new hot water tank. There employee was great during the entire process very professional.

Responsible good work. Was not told about minimum charge till they got here.

Wore masks and advised me on best course of action to get the best value for my money. Offered repair and replacement services but did not push anything. Will definitely be calling them the next time I need work done.

Repair technician was on time and properly diagnosed the problem with our AC. Had it back up and running shortly after arrival.

The repair guy is very good at what he is doing, he found the problem, described my options, and I made my decisions based on what I need. I know it would be a pain in the neck to deal with 15 year old AC with Freon 22, he got my system recharged and it works immediately, so far so good

The serviceman with Jim's mechanical repair was on time incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. He performed the service quick and efficient. No pressure sales or unneeded misc.service. He diagnosed and fixed the issue like a pro. I won't call anyone else other than Jim's for my future furnace replacement. I would recommend them to anyone .Herb W.

Jim's Mechanical Services was worth every penny. The service and the professionalism of the young staff were outstanding. The whole process from beginning to end went smoothly and all questions by a "curious" homeowner were answered politely and with plenty of detail. I could not be more pleased.

Horrible experience, they took out my AC coil without asking me, I heard they could have cleaned it and put back in, while fixing my furnace! Now I have to buy a new AC unit in the summer. Not them that is for sure!

Job well done and very professional

I wanted an estimate for cleaning and checkout. He came n half cleaned and charged and left. Good thing I had a shopvac or else he would not have cleaned.
