I have a couple old AC units. They have made 3 trips and eventually made them run again. I appreciated and satisfied with their work.

At the beginning of the heatwave last week, I received a call from the family renting my condo in East County and they informed me that the AC stopped working. I tried a half dozen HVAC companies and none of them were available to provide service until the end of the week. I received a call from JMS West HVAC and they were available to provide service on that same day! Within two hours, the AC unit was repaired and my rental family was safe for the long hot week. The JMS repair crew was extremely professional and took care of business. Thank you!

Jim was just awesome. He called and offered to come by the same day which he did and he fixed my air conditioner for a very reasonable price. What a nice man. Honest and economical and same day service pretty nice

So very happy with JMS West HVAC. Jim and Anthony were great. They worked around my schedule. They cleaned up after themselves. Stayed late one evening so that we had heat that night. Great value. Have recommended them to my neighbors. Great job guys!!!

Sent out a request via HomeAdviser, and then walked away because I figured I wouldn't hear a response for like an hour, about 2mins later they gave me a call but I missed it, so I had my partner call them back. This was on a Sunday and the provided same day service to at a minimum diagnose the issue. They provided good updates on completion and explanation of what was going on and what was needed. They had a hiccup with requesting the wrong part, but came back the next morning with the correct pieces to fix the issue. Overall would recommend.
