Description of Work: Removed grass in dead areas and put down sod. Sod was diseased and I was told it would be replaced. As I was going to be out of down for a week they said they would wait. They never came back and I did not call them as weather was too hot to replant at the time, and I had wasted so much water and money.

Description of Work: We had to wait about six weeks for the representative to come out and see if he could detect where the leak in our sprinkling system was, since he was so busy. He was very responsive once here; however, could not find where the leak originated, but we paid the service visit.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. A spoke with a person who scheduled the work. The men showed up on the day the work was scheduled. They took care in finding the sprinkler heads so as not to damage them. They aerated the lawn and left the bill.

 + -1 moreNot a good experience at all. I used them for my sprinkler work because they had done aeration for me for years; I used them for landscape work because they had a licensed contractor. This was one of the worst experiences I've had in home ownership. I suspect they are great to just feed and aerate lawns, but not for landscape or grounds jobs including sprinklers. A local system parts supplier later advised me he had heard the same from other customers. Very bad experience. Scott felt he was ''doing me favors'' when I asked that he follow through on promises by the bidder. His contracts are not thorough nor completely accurate. Too general and need to be checked before any verbal ''guarantees'' are accepted. Get everything in writing and IN DETAIL for each specific item. No assumptions or verbal promises. I won't use them again and am doing better screening through referrals by other professionals.
Description of Work: Estimate provided by a licensed landscape contractor w/Grnwy to do a hillside cleanup, courtyard cleanup, and check/replace/adjust all sprinkler lines. Landscape expert didn't show up for the job and Scott advised me he was on a family emergency, but the ''expert'' called me later that day to say he'd quit because he wasn't happy with the way the business was servicing customers. Since they had just started the work I felt compelled to continue using them. Sadly,they accidentally disconnected one entire section of the sprinkler system then charged me $300 to reconnect it. Much of the promised work was then said to be ''extra'' which included a quote for full plant coverage on my pool hillside. Insufficient plants arrived, wrong plants, etc. Finally,they accidentally left the sprinklers set for 12 hrs,flooding the pool w/mud, and running the bill up because I was out of town. A nightmare.

 + -1 moreWE CONTACTED NUMEROUS LAWN AERATION SERVICES. MOST DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP AS SCHEDULED, SOME COULDN'T FIT US INTO THEIR SCHEDULE FOR MONTHS. WE CALLED GREENWAY AND THEY CANCELLED ON US AT THE LAST MINUTE. HOWEVER, THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT AVAILABLE DAY - SATURDAY, A DAY THAT THEY NORMALLY DON'T OPERATE. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY, AND AT A NOMINAL COST. THEY'RE AWESOME! IN ADDITION, THEY'LL CALL US TO REMIND US OF OUR NEXT AERATION - A NICE ADDED BONUS FOR BUSY PEOPLE!
