BUMPER DOC Escondido is your one-stop-shop for a complete range of cosmetic automotive repair services and enhancements. We offer everything from full Insurance Claim Collision Repair to auto detailing and everything in between. BUMPER DOC Escondido opened for business in early 2008 and was the first independently owned and operated franchise. We have a 7,500 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of the Escondido Auto Park, just northwest of the car dealerships. BUMPER DOC Escondido is a green business that has been and always will be on the forefront of environmental awareness. We use green products that have significantly less of an impact on our environment and produce a fraction of the waste that's normally produced by a traditional auto body shop. By having the ability to repair instead of always replace parts we consume fewer resources, preventing thousands of pounds of plastics and paints from being thrown into landfills each and every year. Description of Work: It's not exactly a smooth transaction, but the store manager was doing his best to ensure customer satisfaction. I'm happy with the overall experience, however, the color match was a bit off. I would still recommend them, and hopefully they'd improve on the color matching for the next customer.

I wasn't aware there was an issue with a repair we performed 6 months ago and wish this had been brought to my attention sooner. Please bear in mind that paint will look different on a plastic substrate than a metal one. Even on a brand new vehicle, all of the plastic parts, i.e. bumpers, moldings, door handles, etc. all look slightly different than the metal panels, especially with a three stage color, like your Pearl White vehicle. There are few reasons for this, the main one is plastic being made from petroleum products which affects how the paint flashes / cures on this substrate. I've attached a helpful unbiased link from a Nissan owner’s forum (since you own a Nissan) identifying this being common on brand new vehicles from the factory. [hyperlink removed] Ultimately, we want you to be ecstatic with our services. We have the most advanced color matching system available industry wide, making it extremely uncommon for us to have an issue with color, which is evident by our reviews. Description of Work: They replaced my back bumper. There were some issues with bumpers in stock (damaged when they opened the box), so they were unable to make the repair that day. But they did match the paint and order another bumper for delivery right away. They called me back in when they were ready to install, and I was in and out of within an hour. They were incredibly professional. I've used them once before to replace my windshield and had a great experience then. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Had the 2 front door windows tinted on my 2013 Toyota RAV4. My appt. was at 9 am and they said it would take 2 hours. I decided to wait. They offered to take me to a near by shopping center while the work was being done and would call me when work was complete. Work was completed in 2 hours. They did an excellent job. No bubbles or streaks. Instructed me to not roll down windows for 72 hours.The end result was an excellent, very professional job. I highly recommend Bumper Doc Escondido for a first class window tinting job.
