Bumper Doc- Auto Body Work

I requested an estimate and got a very quick phone call back. I sent pictures and got a call back the next morning. Took it in a 1pm that day, waited and it was all done by 2:15pm. Looks perfect to me. Their place is clean, comfortable, and professional. Excellent service.

Wonderful! Paint job looks great! And, there were no unexpected "surprises". Any work needed outside the quote was done only with authorization from us. Cliff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were treated very well and will definitely go back for any other service. Also, we found out later that the owner and general manager are both veterans.

That was wonderful. My husband got bashed in the bumper and we went to the dealer and they wanted $3000. We saw that Bumper Doc. so we went out there and he did it for $300 or $350. It looks like a new bumper. We saw bumpers that he had worked on that were there waiting to be picked up, the cars were, when we went to their place and they looked like brand new so we were so excited. It looked like it had just came out of the dealership. They were nice. It took them 3 or 4 days to do it. Overall it was wonderful. We've recommended them to other people.

Bumper doc was very professional and very easy to communicate with. I had purchased a coupon so work cost $100 less than total shown. They had a 2 week lead time after I stopped by to obtain an estimate. I dropped off the car the day of the repair around 7:30am and picked up the next day. They were kind enough to paint over a small scrape on the opposite side of the bumper without me telling them. Looks good as new and repair is unnoticeable. I would take a car there again. I found the price attractive and may have been partly due to my paying out of pocket since my insurance deductible was higher than cost of work.

Overall, it went quite well. I would use them again. Another driver hit my front bumper and the repair was paid for by the other driver's insurance company, so cost wasn't a concern.

Ron explained the crack repair on the phone - was able to fit me in the same day. I asked about the head light restoration and went ahead with it too. The crack repair went fine. It is still noticeable ( but very small) and just as explained. The headlight restoration was perfect and they look like new. Very happy with the repair/ the customer service/ and getting good value for the money. I will try them out with a complete detail for my other car -- happy to have found them through Angie's list!!

My Subaru looks like new. Bumper Doc did a great job. I am really particular about clean windows, and the windows have no streaks and are super clean inside and out. The clay treatment took away any oxidation and with the wax, made the finish super smooth. I am delighted! There were some logistical problems for me, But Cliff stayed open for about an hour after closing time (on a Friday), so I could ride my bike to pick up my car after some last-minute work I had to get done. That was fantastic. It shows they are really concerned about the customer, and that they know that the customer has a life, too! I have another vehicle that needs to get painted, and I will bring it over to Bumper Doc after painting so it can get waxed. Very impressed!

After a 3 day road trip to San Diego from Dallas, the car was filthy with multiple layers of crud from on-and off rain, desert dust, and some mystery plant fluff somehow adhered to the paint. The crew at Bumper Doc took care of things and returned my car looking showroom new. The price was fair and the work was first class. I can strongly recommend using them for a "Spa Day" for your car. You will not be disappointed.

Several weeks ago I backed my truck up over my Honda Accord after a late night at the ER vet's. I received several estimate's to have the repair job done. Bumper Doc was in line with the most cost effective estimates I received and far less than the big name insurance claim body shops around town. However, the reason I elected to do business was because Cliff was absolutely professional and very likable. He sold the shops abilities and services in a thorough and likable way which was very impressive. My car was finished on time and it looks like its brand new. Even better than it was before the accident. If I have body work, scratches or dents in the future I will go straight to Bumper Doc to see Cliff.

They were amazing. Cliff is so professional and easy to work with. They said they could complete the repair in one day and they did! (Other providers had said it would take three days.) They also touched up other minor spots (like garage door dings) for no charge. The facility is very clean and pleasant to be in. This is the second time we have used them (last time about a year ago), and they were great both times.

Bumper Doc restored my son's bumper to new. It only took less than half a day. Very fast and very high quality work. A bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for: top notch work with no problems.

When I first called Bumper Doc in Escondido I was amazed with the time Ron spent on the phone with me explaining the process of repairing my Honda Accord punctured bumper. He was very friendly, informative and professional. The Angies's List discount deal worked great ($99 purchase online for $200 discount for the repair). The overall price was good and the repair was outstanding. The work was completed on time (actually a little early) and they called me about an hour before the car was ready so I could plan my return to the shop. Enterprise car rental is just across the street if you need a car, and there is a discount for Bumper Doc customers. If I need body work done on any of my vehicles in the future I won't check anywhere else, I will go to Bumper Doc in Escondido. Thank you Ron and Cliff.

They got out bad carpet stains and cleaned all the little nooks and crannies Know how many there are on a minivan thats been a dump and home improvement hauler for years They also provided a detailed paint repair estimate which I chose not to do. Only wish the paint shop whose paint job is going south were half as professional as the guys at bumper doc! Will definitely be back.

I worked with Ron and Cliff on a couple vehicle estimates. They are very professional and interested in helping get repairs done right and at the best value to the customer. The first vehicle I brought to them needed multiple issues repaired. One involved a rusted body panel. Ron took plenty of time to discuss the options of repairing with me and took extra time to research and locate a "donor" panel which could be used to "surgically" replace the rusted pieces on my vehicles panel, without removing and replacing the entire panel. This was a much more cost effective way to do the repair. However, in the end I chose to replace the vehicle instead of repair it. The second vehicle I needed an estimate for was several months later. My new car with 8k miles on it suffered a rear bumper impact, which punctured the painted bumper cover. I called up Ron for an estimate. He still remembered my discussions with him on my prior estimate and treated me like a returning customer, instead of someone whom he felt like was just wasting his time and wouldn't follow through with any actual work. This was very much appreciated. I had them complete the bumper repair, which involved repairing the damage and repainting the bumper. They did an excellent job with the repair and it cost half of what it would have been to replace the bumper entirely. My vehicle has a white pearl paint and they did a fantastic job matching the factory paint. I can see no difference between the factory paint and the paint on the repair. Very happy with the work and the service from Ron, Cliff and their team. They are very attentive to their work and want to make sure the customer is well informed and satisfied. I won't hesitate to return to them next time I need work done, which hopefully isn't anytime soon.

One never desires a repeat appearance at a auto body repair shop. However, despite the anguish of having once again the need to repair a very large dent in my F-150 Truck, I knew exactly where to take it for a fair, low cost (relative to the competition at least!) body repair task. I knew from a previous visit that the name Bumper Doc is a misnomer. This facility is a top notch body shop that can repair any collision damage, including all insurance claims. As was my experience in the past, Ron and Cliff run a wonderful shop. The quote I received was very detailed and Cliff explained to me that there were two options; complete side panel replacement or on-site side panel repair. After several minutes, while apologizing for the delays, Cliff ran a thorough cost analysis and explained to me that he could save me a little bit of money by actually purchasing and installing a new side panel. I agreed on that option and he quoted me a very fair price considering the damage that my truck incurred. My wife and I arrived to pick up the truck, a day earlier than expected, and both of us were more than satisfied by the perfect repair. Cliff then proceeded to tell me that the side panel they ordered arrived at their shop damaged. Rather than wait for a second replacement and go beyond the promised completion date, they decided to repair the bumper in-house as previously explained at a higher cost to them. Even though it cost them more, they did not change my price. I am always pleased to share the increasingly rare businesses that go over and above the expectations of their customers. Bumper Doc is the best out there. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of collision repair.

Went in with coupon for $99 for a $200"repair.. They wanted $900for bumper dent that two other places had quoted for half of the price! Not happy a real rip off!

I arrived early to the appointment and they took me right in. Inspected the vehicle prior to any service being done and noted any scrapes scratches and pointed them out before working on the vehicle. Showed me all the options for tint shades a gave recommendations and explained why. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They quoted me a time to complete the job and finished one half hour sooner. I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism of this company. Outstanding customer sevice from the time I called for the appointment to the time I left with a perfectly executed job well done.

I had a scrape along the side my RV that stretched about 10 feet encompassing 3 door panels and the rear tire guard. I had received an estimate from the RV dealer that was far higher than the price Bumper Doc gave me. They did a fantastic job! They cleaned up the three panels and fixed the scrape on the tire guard. Somehow they matched the two colors of paint as well. I was simply flabbergasted how well they fixed it. I could not be happier! In addition to the the great job they do, they are extremely professional and courteous. They have the kind of customer service that makes one eager to recommend to everyone. If I am ever unfortunate enough to have another dent or scrape, Bumper Doc will be the first place I think of. Outstanding business!!
