Description of Work: This automobile repair shop IS WONDERFUL! Cliff (Manager) and Ron (Owner) are both great to work with. They guarantee their work until you sell your car. Their work is not cheap, but I think you get great value for your money.

Description of Work: They did excellent work. I did not have time to do price comparisons so relied on Angie's list ratings to choose them. The cost was about twice what I was guessing so was a bit shocked. It occurs to me that on service jobs such as these, that the Angie discount or any discount is pretty meaningless when it is presented upfront. The company can take it into account when quoting the price. That's quite different when a product company has an advertised price from which it takes the discount.

Description of Work: Replaced bumper on Ford Mustang. Actually performed some additonal service for no charge. Repairs were completed on schedule for estimated cost. This is the ONLY place I would have this type of work done in the future.

 + 0 moreThe team showed up right on time (second try, since their scheduler did not set it up correctly the first time) and thoroughly explained the process. They used power from the garage for the buffing and air compressor, but had us close the door and masked everything when they started the paint touch-up in the driveway. They returned a few days later at the specified time to do the final buff and clear coat. Both guys were very professional and cheerful.
Description of Work: Refinished entire front bumper (2 bad scuffs), polished both headlights, refinished front section of door trim panel (bad cut)

 + 0 moreI checked Angie's list for a place to get my bumper fixed, I found Bumper Doc and went over to get an estimate, the estimate was within my budget so I made an appointment for the following Tuesday. I brought my car in at 8:30 and dropped it off, they called at 4:55 that it was done, I went back and picked up the car and I was very satisfied with the work done and the price.
Description of Work: I had a large scrape on my front bumper on the lower right corner. The scrape was fixed and painted in one day as I was told it would be and I could not even see where it was fixed. The work was done to my complete satisfaction. I would use this company again and I would recommend it to anybody that needed this kind of work done.

 + 0 moreMy Honda Pilot had an ugly dent in the rear plastic bumper on the left side. I was lucky that the dent was only in the plastic and not the metal part of the car. I hoped it could be easily fixed. From the initial phone contact, I liked Cliff right away. He gave me straight info, offered several options and invited me to come over so he could look at the dent help me decide what to do. I did that and within a couple of days, the car was in the shop. They fixed it to perfection in one day! It's impossible to tell where the dent was and the paint is a perfect match. At the end of the job, Cliff checked the rest of the car for slight touch-ups with the remaining paint. I couldn't be happier with the result and the fair price they charged. The owner Ron, and Cliff are top-notch ex-military men who run a great operation. You could not find better people to work on your car. I recommend them highly.

Gave a deposit for parts and brought the car back three days later for repairs. In and out the same day. Pleased with service and results.
