It was good. It was great. They did a really good job but it takes a while to get an appointment. They were kind of expensive

I had an Angie's Llist deal that motivated me to try them out, in addition to the great reviews I read. I had no idea how much the process would cost, but when I met with Ron, he explained to me the different costs and procedures they used. This was helpful as I had a choice I could make based on my circumstances. They have made an investment in high quality equipment, so the work is done professionally and lasts. I left my car there for 24 hours. There is an Enterprise very close by so I rented a car for the day (Bumper Doc has good rates so please ask!) thus it was not an inconvenience (I don't live close by.) The lobby area--in fact, the entire business, is clean and organized. That makes a good first impression. When I picked up the car, it looked like new! Not only the 2 areas I had brought it in for, but in addition some small but annoying spots were also removed at no additional cost. Very good job, I must say, and they even hand washed and vacuumed my car. Driving out with what felt like a new looking car made it all that much more enjoyable! First rate customer service and the staff there is courteous and a pleasure to work with. Kudos to the team who made my car look fantastic. Now... I just hope not to visit them in the near future with any new dings/scratches, but if I do, I know who to turn to and won't wait so long to get it done. Thanks Bumper Doc!

It couldn't have gone better. The estimate was thorough, the car was finished precisely when they said it would be, and the work is fabulous. The guys even worked on some stuff that hadn't been included in the estimate to make sure the car looked as good as possible. My 2011 Subaru now looks like a 2014 Subaru.

Finished work on time as promised. Excellent work, can't tell the side was damaged. All personnel were very courteous. My wife dropped off and picked up the vehicle. She usually doesn't like dealing with auto repair shops, but she said Bumper Doc was very professional and she would hire them again. There was one bid slightly lower, but I think the quality of the work was worth the slight difference.

Our SUV was hit from behind and needed the rear bumper replaced. I had the privilege of contacting the offending driver's insurance company to submit a claim. After searching Angie's List for a body shop, Bumper Doc, was my first and last choice. Ron and Cliff were great to work with, explaining how the insurance process works (my first time doing it), and handling all the logistics after I received the insurance check. The two dents were an after thought once the appointment was made. They were able to do all the one in one day...no need for a car rental...yea! The work done looked excellent.

Ron and his staff are very professional and courteous. The job was done within 5 days (2 separate areas of my SUV) and looked fantastic. They hand washed my entire car prior to pickup and it looked pristine! I highly recommend Bumper Doc!

I had such a fantastic experience getting my Honda SUV repaired with Ron at BumperDoc after a traffic accident, so I decided to have him fix up my Prius. Again, they did a fantastic job. It was reasonably priced, done in less than 24 hours, and the finished product is absolutely perfect. Ron has amazing communication with his customers and excellent customer service skills. If you need auto-body work done, you couldn't do better than to call Ron at BumperDoc.

My vehicle rolled backwards into the open garage door arm and severely dented drivers window jam. I took the vehicle to Bumper Doc. To my surprise they told me they could fix it for about $650. While I was discussing that with the owner I noticed that they would put a clear Bra on the hood of my vehicle and the rear view mirrors. This was recommended to me by a car nut friend who told me it is a highly effective way to prevent road damage to the paint on my hood. Through out the process they gave me exceptional service and were very careful to explain how the process would go and what to expect. I could not ask for anything more than the exceptional service they gave me. I picked up the vehicle and am delighted with the result. If you have the need for this kind of service, you can do no better.

.Pulled away from a parking slot and the right front bumper of my BMW became detached after meeting up with a concrete slab. Started to look like a replace the whole bumper type issue after speaking with a few shops. Went to BumperDoc, spoke with Cliff, he immediately said they could repair the bumper versus heading toward a full bumper replacement. Cliff worked up a quote, fair price, especially when contrasted to a full bumper replacement. Made a follow up appointment, took 1 day to get the parts, arrived at 8am the next day, Ron the other partner was expecting me, they took the car in right away and by noon it was done. Very professional group of people, no surprises, high integrity.

They were kind and professional in all correspondence before I went in. Once there they got to work on my car right away. The work on my front bumper included replacing the bumper and dressing all the various ports in the bumper. They were considerate at every point. I cannot see where any of the dings or dents were their work was that good. I would drive there for any future work, even though it is out of my way. A two person shop, and both were perfectly brilliant at every turn. A wholly pleasant experience after a horrible accident.

This turned out just fine. They did some repair work on the front and back bumper. They did a very good job.

The repair was as perfect as you could possibly hope for. Ron kept us in the loop at all times with incredible communication. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and care that was taken to make sure the car was repaired exactly to our satisfaction. I'd put Bumper Doc in the top 1% of companies I've ever done business. They go above and beyond.

The owner, Ron, is a very straightforward, personable guy. The initial quote, which was to fix a substantial dent in the rocker panel and a scrape on the rear bumper, would have cost more than I wanted to spend to do perfectly. After discussing my goals with Ron, he came up with an alternative approach to the rocker panel which, although he said would not be quite as perfect, ended up looking perfect to my eye - I can't imagine it looking any better! The bumper we decided would just get touch-up paint, which although not a perfect fix, was a great improvement and good enough for my needs. Ron's guys also did a few additional touchups with the extra paint and even pulled a couple small dents at no extra charge! So all and all, I believe I got excellent value. Ron was extremely responsive throughout the process; he and his guys are total pros.

I brought my car in at about 7:45 A.M. and they called to advise completion at 3:15 P.M. that same day. Contacted Enterprise Auto Rental to get me a better deal too. Their work was impeccable; could not see any evidence of damage,

They repaired a bent corner on the driver's door (teenager bent it while pulling in next to me as I opened the door.) They also repaired my plastic bumper after a nursery employee gouged it while loading a large pot. And just before I brought it in for service, I discovered a shopping cart dent on the tailgate! I scheduled the 3-day repair a week in advance and all work was completed on time. You would never know the car was damaged. Cliff even painted to a deep scratch that I didn't notice until he pointed it out when I dropped off the car. (Yes, I have bad luck with cars!) I didn't want to spend any more money on getting the major repair done on the scratch, so touch up paint was a good alternative. These guys are terrific!! I highly recommend them! ( And they are veterans.)

They came over this morning to buff out a key scratch on my truck lid and I have to say you can not notice the scratch any longer. Outstanding and Excellent work. Would defiantly recommend and use their services anytime.

An excellent service ! They were easy to schedule, even owner Ron was personally involved with repair. A stunning job, you could never see the two places where the work was done. They even touched up some nicks on paint on car. I was very pleased, they were very reasonably priced and they will get all of my repair work from this point on. They repaired my bumper when every other body shop said it needed to be replaced. I would highly recommend.

Veteran owned business, very prompt, detailed estimate, made an appointment. Service was great and faster than I expected. I will definitely go back. These guys are great. :-)

They did a most excellent job on my car.....Looks like new and the paint match was amazing. They were quite responsive and professional!

I backed into another car and wrecked the rear bumper of my VW Jetta. The dealership quoted me over $600 to replace it. I found Bumper Doc on AL and got a quote for about $250 to fix it. I liked the guy I dealt with so much that I asked him to replace the scratched tint on the rear window as well. This was another $200, most of which was to remove the existing tint. We set a date but I messed up the weeks and did not go there on time (8am). At 8:30 they called to remind me, so I managed to get the car to them by 9a. They said they would be done by 5p, and called at 4p to tell me I could pick it up. When I got there, I could not believe the results: the bumper looked like new, they had not only fixed the dents I was quoted but actually removed some other scratches as well. Since they had some left-over paint, they even touched up another scratch in the front without charging me for it. The new tint had some water bubbles in it but I was told that this was normal and that they would disappear in a couple of days (they were gone within a day in the sun). The other $100 was to clean the badly yellowed 11-year old headlights on my other car. They did this in under an hour while I was waiting there. The car looks like new - I had not realized what a difference this makes. I could not be happier with the service. The price was reasonable, the work excellent, and the people I dealt with were courteous, professional, and dispensed useful advice at no extra charge. I would definite use them again (though I hope I won't have to!)

I was very impressed when I first went to Bumper Doc after my accident. I obtained an estimate from Cliff, the Manager. He was very courteous and professional. I had the work performed and met the owner, who was also very courteous, friendly and professional. My car was repaired to perfection! I couldn't be happier with the work they did! I will definitely recommend Bumper Doc to all my family and friends!!
