Secondly, Andrew who they sent out to perform the repairs is probably the most experienced Sub-Zero repairman in the industry. You have only to talk to him to come to that conclusion. They are very thorough. If they observe another issue with your refrigerator, they will bring it to your attention and fix it. They specialize in Sub-Zero, but they are also knowledgeable in other refrigerators. To my knowledge, they are the only Certified Sub-Zero repair company in Southern California. Their back office staff is outstanding. They keep you informed of the status of your job. They are very personable and a joy to talk to. None of your concerns are too small for them to address.
