Antac Pest Control

I don't have problems with the estimates or the work but they left some damage on the eave spouts around the house. I think we were out of the place for about two or three days. There is a disclaimer that I think all of these people have on the contract you sign with regard to damage to parts of the roof because they don't have a lot of control with that but they weren't even going to put some of the stuff back up again except that the neighbor yelled at them and told them to put it back up before they left. They were pretty much on time. They left some damage that they knew was damaged. They do need to supervise a little bit on something like that. It is just a matter of pumping in the poison to take care of the termites in the house and they did bag up some stuff in the house that we hadn't bagged. I don't think they had to but they did. They gave a big spread time but they were there during the spread. The person who did the estimate was professional and he pretty much told us, if you need more bags or if you have questions go out and call so he was okay. If we had known that we were going to be left with this kind of damage on it, we probably would have gone with somebody a little bit more expensive for the estimate. Maybe we wouldn't have this kind of damage done.

This work was done in 2 days by 2 different people, both very professional and thorough. We are seeing the results of the spraying now. .. hardly any insect activity. The spray guy answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Likewise, Bill the termite finder addressed all our concerns and gave us a written estimate for the necessary work which needs to be done soon. We feel confident twe are in good hands with this company.

Excellent communication to set up an appointment. The service provider was punctual, performed quality service, and I could see the great results afterwards. They also provided a written report on email with the work performed, and inspection results. Awesome experience and I would highly recommend.

Bees are back as of this date 6/18/15, hive will have to be removed which will cost an additional $450.00 or more. I cannot afford that cost at this time, I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income, taking care of my 6 year old granddaughter.

The inspector was on time and finished the inspection in about 30 mins. He was very professional and I would hire Antac again.

Good.. I was not prepared to leave the home so they could not treat the interior. May have them come back when we can be out of the home.

That was fine. It was a good service. I've got a rolling contract with them.

I was very impressed with the technician who came to our home. He was very calm and waited for me to finish getting the house prepared for the spraying. The ants have not returned.

The serviceman arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained everything he would be doing and answered our concerns. We were very happy with this service particularly in regard to the information he provided on carpet beetles. He was the first exterminator to listen to us and not dismiss what we knew was happening. When we explained that the carpet beetles were coming into our home from the outside (you could see them on the window screens) he informed us that sometimes they live in Juniper trees--which we have right next to our windows. So pleased to have this professional know what was going on so now we can take care of the root of our carpet beetle problem. (Interestingly enough we do not have any carpet in our home; just hard wood floors.)

They were good. They were fine. They did what we asked them to do. We cut back on using these providers because I object to the use of pesticides so we have used them now only for checking to see if there are any rodents. My husband signed a contract but we are not going to renew it because I don?t want the pesticides. However; they are responsive, they do what they say they are going to do but they use things that I don?t want in my yard.

The bill came out at $7000, $2000 for fumigation and $5000 for the damaged wood, and they said repairing it would take 3 days. They broke it up to 2 Saturdays and a Tuesday. The first day two people started working when I had arrived after having stood around doing nothing and left about an hour later and this happened two more times, totaling about 4 or 5 hours maximum; about a half day's worth of work total. The price for the fumigation was fair however I was very unhappy about the work they did and what they charged me for. I have been speaking to the manager who has been very cordial however I was unhappy with the workers they had sent out.

While it was tinted, there was an attempted break in to the property. That was reported to me, after the pest was removed. Now, it was obvious that there was and attempted break in into the whole thing and I made a complaint and they said "oh, didn't the quality assurance guy come out and check that out?" and no, there was no quality control that came out. "Oh were gonna send one" and its been 2 months now since they've done that and they have not yet come out to talk about the damage to the house and that's against their policy so I was very upset about that. The first time I told them about that they were like "oh, that's not our problem". I was not impressed with the supervisor with that particular job because when I called them about paying the bills and the big deal applied to that, the payment office, and she was part of the quality control. She said they're gonna bring out somebody else and yet they didn't follow through on that. They haven't documented anything in terms of what was happening and I think they're a little bit more upset about me on getting the coupon back.

They were very responsive and we were able to schedule the tenting in less than two weeks after my original call. They provided great instructions on how to prepare and showed up on time. Only two glitches. I was at work when they arrived and I had not been told to leave the house unlocked. I had to leave work to come and unlock the house. Maybe it was in the instructions and I just missed it. Not a huge deal. My only complaint was that we were told we would be able to get back inside the house between noon and 1:00 PM on Sunday. I got there at 12:30 and they had not yet removed the tent. We couldn't get access to the house until 3:00 PM, so I just had to sit in my car out on the street cooped up with a very unhappy dog and cat. No bueno.

It went very well. They were a little late getting here, but the service was fine.

They were very professional. They did a good job. They didn't do the tinting because of the time constraint.

Their response time was nearly immediate and working with Alajandra in the office and Xavier in the home was SO easy and pleasant! They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Xavier was very professional and personable and worked with my particular needs including the safety of my cats. He was able to teach me a bit about the pests and give me some advice about my future needs and options. I never felt any pressure nor salesmanship for continued service. Ironically, that made me want to work with them for future service! :) There is no residual smell, no visible residue where he sprayed, and best of all, I have not seen a single ant nor silverfish since Xavier came out and I'm so pleased about that! I am VERY happy with my experience with these guys!

It was good. They did it for a year. I told them after that they don't have to come because the package was over and the price was a lot. It was good. Nothing was extraordinary.

That went fine. I haven't had any ant problems since. He wasn't here that long. He was fine. I would call them again for ant problems.

I found Antac for pest control. Overall the job went okay. They did what they said they would do. Their coordination between the actual exterminator and me and them was lacking.

I had been having a chronic infestation of an unknown insect in my stove burners and the hood. No matter how many times we cleaned the area and wiped it down, the insects would reappear. Lee came and patiently went over every nook and cranny in the kitchen. He found the primary infestation in an unsealed container of rice we had in the overhead cabinet. He suggested I freeze the container to kill the insects before disposing of it in the trash. He took some samples of the insects and didn't even charge me for the visit! Thank you so much Antac!!

It was a Big Deal purchase. It seemed to work out okay. The man was very nice and he did his job. The spiders did come back but he was very good and very nice. I would recommend him. There was no extra charge. He showed up on time. He was pleasant. He came out within a month after the purchase was made. I thought the price was good because I have had other companies come out when it was not on a special. The quality of their service was good. I would definitely use them again.

The price was right and the work was good. There are no more ants! It worked quite out well. The ants packed their bags and I hope they are gone forever!

We worked with Tim Ostrowski and he was fantastic. Tim is very knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through the process, and answered all questions. He was available when needed. I dreaded having the house tented, but the experience went smoothly from start to finish. I haven't seen any termite activity since.
