We have had a contract with them for over a year. They come on time, perform their work and their treatments have greatly reduced our pest problems.

I didn't like them. The pricing was alright. I didn't open the door for them. I don't know whether they were late or not. There was just one person. It took probably like 15 minutes. They just didn't work.

These guys are extremely easy to work with. They care about their work and they go the extra mile to ensure that I'm happy. I had ants inside my house and asked for a call-back. They were there the next day with a pet-friendly solution to my problem. What separates these guys from their competitors is the extremely high level of customer service.

We called Antac to take care of an ant problem and it turned out that the ants were there because of termites. As a result, we had to 'tent' our house to get rid of the termites (and ants). This was discounted to $2500 since we were going to subscribe to Antac's maintenance plan. Afterwards, the technicians came out regularly, about every two months and sprayed around the house. Fast forward 5 years later and we are getting ready to sell our house. The home inspection comes back with signs of termites. We are quite surprised and asked Antac to come out to confirm the general home inspection findings. Antac agreed that we do have termites in the form of 'swarmers' in the attic. Antac's recommendation is a $1700 tenting to exterminate the termites. We very disappointed to hear this and called up Antac's office. So it turned out that the 'General Pest Control' contract we were under does not cover termites. They do not offer termites maintenance contract...we would have to request periodically inspections to stay on top of termites. In the end, we feel cheated by Antac. If they knew that we had a previous termite problem, why would they not be on a look out for it or even suggest that we have regular termite inspections? This would seem to be a fair and honest thing to do instead of waiting for the termite problem to come back again and then charging us for it. My advice here is to look for a termite specific company or another pest control company that are more proactive and straight forward with their contracts. So in the end, my overall rating for Antac is a solid F !

I elected to use a monthly ( 4 visits) service ; It went well with the caveat that I thought the efforts to locate the entry access to the attic could have been more aggressive since I cannot personally access the attic to investigate. I am still evaluating permanent - elimination- at this time.

We haven't had either in our home since they started the service. If we need them to come out they respond and we have never had to wait more than 4 days. They are so professional and have never let us down in 15 yrs!

Today was great. The agent was very professional and very educating. Previous agent left a mark on my rug from setting the insect product down. After the first visit I received fire ants in the front yard (doubtful it was related) on first follow up the agent placed granules in the dirt and stated that should take care of it. It did not take care of the issue. The agent that came out today dug up the area and placed product. We will see how it goes. The initial call I had was to address a roach infestation in the kitchen. We emptied all cabinets in the kitchen and they sprayed. I did this again a couple months later as the roaches were still around. Still nothing. They came out a 3rd time. I was tired of packing and unpacking the kitchen so they placed bait traps. This appeared to work, but it did not. Till this day I still find roaches in the kitchen.

So far ok, however I purchased 4 times per year ; and they did only once! It's hard to say wether it works completely since the weather is much colder; we can tell more when weather gets warmer!

I have had 2 interior and exterior treatments and 1 exterior-only treatment. We have roaches that seem to be difficult to get rid of and required a 2nd interior treatment. While the service is good and our serviceman is very polite and courteous, I have no idea when they're coming. They do not contact me to schedule or notify me when they are coming. They just show up. It's been lucky that I've been home to unlock the gate to allow access for treatment. Also, I have seen 1 roach still even after 2nd interior treatment. So, if there's one, there's others lurking about. As far as hiring again, I wish there was an unsure box. I figure if I didn't want to click the yes box right away, I should probably click no.

I was disappointed in the initial purchase communication. Upon purchasing the deal through Angie's List, I was informed through the instructions I would be contacted soon to setup an appointment for the services. I was not contacted for a couple of weeks so I sent an email to a listed person for Antac. I did not receive a response. After a few more days I called Antac to setup an appointment. The person helping me was very nice and setup an appointment. Somewhere along the line, the appointment date was entered incorrectly. I called to confirm the appointment for later that day and was told it was scheduled for two days later. I informed the person I specifically made the appointment for that day because I work Thursdays through the weekend. Luckily I did not have any other plans that day, so I was not really inconvenienced. The person provided me a new appointment which was confirmed the day before the service. The tech that came out was very professional and thorough. I am satisfied with their work, I just hope they can provide more punctual customer service in the future. The only other thing I was disappointed in was the increase in the price. I purchased the same deal almost exactly a year prior and the cost was $40 less. I understand prices go up over time, but that seems like a steep increase for one year.

The spraying for bugs was pretty straightforward. To get a quote for rodent prevention took quite some time. They promised to get back to us but we had to follow-up. Now that have a quote we have yet to hear from anyone to schedule the service as they promised As a result my wife is considering a different pest control provider.

Great! We had our home remodeled a few years back and had no sign of termites then so we were pretty sure there would be no problems this time. A company could use this as an opportunity to require more services. This would not only add more exspenses for us but reek havoc with the refine timeline. This was NOT the case. The representative was professional and efficient. Because of their honesty, I would hire them to do any work we might need in the future.

Very badly. The tech arrived, told me they wouldn't seal the small openings in the attic or cover small openings in garage where the rats enter, after telling me on the phone that they would. The tech set rat traps and told me to call them if a rat trap went off. I called when I heard them going off and the receptionist yelled at me for calling. I will never again use or recommend this company.

I have not had any problems with them.

For far the bees are gone although I am not sure if they really remove the hive so the description say that the take out anything just to make sure that there isn't anything left but I didn't see them take out anything.

There was not problems with the fumigation. The dry rot wood repair was not very professional. It looked like it was done by a 5 year old. The quality was terrible, especially the paint job. They came back and fixed part of the the bad repair section. They said they wouldn't fix the the rest of it. When they were tenting the house for the fumigation they damaged about 5 rows of siding. They said they would fix the siding "the next day" and never did. I spoke to them via phone several times and I was told they would take care of it. They still haven't came back to fix. I would like to have the siding and the dry rot repair to both be fixed.

Contacted by phone. Same day response by technician. Unfortunately he was not knowledgeable about honey bee infestation problems. His recommendation was that a hole needed to be cut into the roof and another cut through an interior wall. We have had similar issues in the past, so his lack of experience was glaring. Also, $250 price for extermination service higher than $150 charged by other companies. Posted reviews seemed very good, so we were surprised.

Awesome service! The tech was prompt and professional. Since he treated our our back in Sep 15, we have yet to see an ant or any insects in our home! We highly recommend their service!!!

We had our house fumigated for termites in Feb 2016, and everything went smoothly, no issues, no damage. Before the fumigation, Bill did the inspection and found some spots that other inspectors missed. The Antac quote was the lowest from the start. The fumigation crew bagged some baby-related items that we had forgotten, I appreciate them noticing those. There was good communication from everyone throughout the process. I?d use them again.
