Description of Work: Checked condo for termites. Recommended many boards be replaced on covered |patio and side of condo. 4 men arrived (on time) ready to work. 3 left after lunch. The last one finished the painting and cleaned up the mess. When it was finished - patio looked fresh and clean. I was VERY IMPRESSED!

Description of Work: Their employee sprayed the outside and inside for silverfish and ants. He also ce\leaned up several black widow spider nests under back yard furniture. Very nice people in the office and on the job, they did a great job!

Description of Work: Antac did a complete termite extermination (2 story house and garage). We also paid for a roof damage policy (included in the $2640) since the house has a clay tile roof. Antac inspected and repaired the entire roof, including some damage that previously existed. MUCH better than our previous experience with Terminix.

Description of Work: Tented home for termites. I have a tile clay roof.... They repaired all the ones they damaged ( I did buy the extra insurance, well worth every penny). They could have been more careful with the exterior plants. I hadn't tied the provided plastic bags properly, they took the extra step and doubled tied each one

Description of Work: They came and sprayed the outside of the house. They were very informative when I asked them about ants on my herbs. I had them come back a few weeks later because ants came back around the pool area. They sprayed again in the area and I haven't seen any ants since then. I would use the. Again in the future.
