Antac Pest Control

Description of Work: ANTAC PEST CONTROL delivered what was promised, they came on time, they did their job. They cleaned up afterwards, and I don't seem to have any more bugs.

Description of Work: They said I had termites in my attic, but would not go up again to show me. Subsequent inspector said there were no termites in the attic.

Description of Work: I was a little disappointed, but there's an important circumstance sort of beyond Antac's control which is that there's only one actual termite fumigator for the area with which Antac must deal (and therefore, you, as a client must deal). This is Statewide Fumigation out of San Marcos, and were I reviewing Statewide here, I'd definitely be critical, though once they get around to you, they seem to know their business. They were overbooked - which I'm guessing happens frequently since they're a sole source - and did not show up on time for the tenting (which was a four-hour PM "window" to begin with...). I was able to communicate with their crew leader when they eventually arrived, which was after dark - not so much with the members of the crew since I don't speak Spanish... And there was a week's wait for the roof tile repair afterward as well. Still, I felt Antac could've been a bit more proactive with Statewide as their sub-contractor. Instead, I was coaxed to make calls & deal with them myself. I would've expected Antac to be the "manager" of the project at least, poking & prodding as necessary to get & keep their sub-contractor on the agreed schedule and calling ME to advise of any delays. This may all be par for the termite treatment course here in San Diego; not sure.

Description of Work: He came one day and sprayed primarily for ants and returned the next week to spray primarily for spiders; the two things we wanted taken care of. The treatments have been effective, and we are very pleased with the service. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, very professional, explained what he was going to do and why, and he then went right to work without delay.

Description of Work: service inside and outside for crickets. Also he took care ant too.

Description of Work: They did a free termite inspection but didn't find any infestation. If we ever had an issue we would not hesitate to use them. Btw, I cannot remember the exact date of service.

Description of Work: I have order pest control big deal service after I have talk to Antec rep, which explain to me the service will cover my roaches and pest problems and that the service will be perform in 2-3 business days. I had to call Antec to schedule appointment as I never receive a call back as explain in the Big deal. A different rep answer my call and (now that the service was paid the only available time was in 2 weeks) in addition i was inform that there will be additional charge of $150 for Roaches treatment, I get upset for the misleading. Antec rep just hang out our phone conversation, I called a different company that offer the same treatment with roaches for $120. This big deal was a scam to additional charges. as a result I demand a full refund of this charges. not sure if i will use angie list in the future as it give me a bad experience, when i can just shop around and get a real price from other supplers.

Description of Work: We were having an ant problem and couldn't determine where they were coming from and why. They came out and - No more ants!

Description of Work: Antac came and provided pest control services (little ants were everywhere). Luis did the spraying of my property and then Tim provided a free termite inspection that I bought with the deal. Both were polite, professional, and clearly hardworking. Best news is that I haven't had any ants come back yet (although its only been two weeks). Hopefully they will stay away for the reminder of the season.

Description of Work: The only problem was that they forgot to provide termite inspection which was part of the package and had to return. Other than that they did their work.

Description of Work: After 6 days of waiting for them to call I emailed them, and then days later ended up having to call them. Found way to many spiders while I was waiting on them and hired someone else.

Description of Work: Sprayed inside and around the house. They come every two months. Haven 't seen any bugs or spiders since they first sprayed . Very professional. Would recommend.
