Description of Work: I used an Angies list deal and was very impressed.I received a phone call the following business day and an appointment was made. There was a confirmation phone call the day before and on the day of service the technician called to say he was 10 minutes away. I actually had 2 technicians as I had a termite inspection and apes inspection. Both men were polite and professional. There was no upselling which in this day and age is amazing. Altogether an A class job

Description of Work: The Angie's list coupon I purchased covered an inspection only. During that appointment,in describing the services provided for an additional charge, the young man was misleading about what the additional fee covered. It was not until he showed up for the second appointment that I became aware that what I thought I was purchasing for a couple hundred dollars (cleaning up rat poop) was actually $450. I went thru with the service he was providing (set traps and a bait box) because it was visually evident that there was an infestation. Also, at the original appointment, I asked if they matched the competition's prices and was told yes. When he showed up for the second appointment, I showed him the coupon I had clipped from the paper and was told it did not apply. I paid $250 for setting 6 traps and putting a bait box in the shrubbery. It did not include any clean up or hole patching whatsoever.

Description of Work: The deal is worth it but I have found that when they come and spray I usually still see bugs for another week or two. I end up calling the company and they send someone out again to spray another time. I have had to do this twice. After it is sprayed again there are no bugs in sight.

Description of Work: I wasn't told ahead of time that the home needed to be evacuated for 4hours with the windows left open. There was miscommunication -- seriously confusing -- about schedule. All that made it an ordeal.

Description of Work: Had ANTEC for a number of years. They provided good professional service. I wpould use them again.

Description of Work: The service was great, but there was a miscommunication on their part with the technician about the scheduled day and hour. They gave me a window of 2 hours and about half an hour after the window time I called to check on the technician and they informed me that they had made a mistake and the technician did not know to come to my house. they fixed the problem very quickly and the technician showed up about half an hour later. Service was great.

Description of Work: We had a terrible flea infestation that another company had not solved. They had us move furniture away from walls, treated the whole house and then came back three weeks later for a second treatment. The fleas were gone immediately and never came back. The technician had us leave and called us as he finished the treatment telling us when we could return.

Description of Work: We purchased the service, however, it took over a ten days to schedule the initial service call. Our ant problem was extensive. It required a second visit to deal with the situation.
