Description of Work: Not sure of the cost. Think it was $99. They sprayed my house inside and out for ants and silverfish. The ants had gotten very bad. I was able to schedule it quickly. The fellow was prompt and polite.

Description of Work: My first contact was through email with Martha who was very fast and responsive to my questions. The technician showed up on time, was very professional, and was thorough with his explanations of what he was going to do. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and I was not inconvenienced at all. After a couple of weeks, some pests showed up that were not initially sprayed for, and I contacted Martha. With their 30 day guarantee, she sent out the same technician to follow up. Again, very punctual and professional. I have been extremely impressed with this company and will definitely use them again in the future since living in a desert-like area the bugs are are sure to return.

Description of Work: Termite inspection. They came out and inspected my house for termites. I felt they were very honest, did not try to sell me on a termite service that I did not need. Said they did not see any termite signs and to have my house checked again in one year.

Description of Work: They came out and didn't follow my wife's instructions for them to knock on our door so she could point out areas that she didn't want sprayed. So the job got completed when they said they would. About a week later, ants returned. By that time, my wife hooked up with a new firm whose pesticides were not so chemical-based. The new firm did a re-spraying for free.

Description of Work: The service man was agreeable and seemed to know what he was doing. He went around the house to spray against bugs, especially spiders which I told him were everywhere. However, we still have spiders all around the house. There must have been nothing sufficiently residual to deter ongoing spider activity.

Hi (Removed member name), Thank you so much for the review! Are you on our maintenance program or did you decide to only do a one-time service? Typically with spiders, the initial service will exterminate the active ones, however the products will not be able to penetrate the egg sacs. For this reason, we recommend joining our maintenance program so that when those eggs do hatch, they will run across the barriers that we have put around the home regularly. Remember, this is pest control not pest elimination. We cannot eliminate everything with one sweeping blow. Another benefit to going with the maintenance program is that you get free re-services in between your regular visits. With this program you will see a huge decrease in pest activity.

Description of Work: Joe Greco came out and did an inspection for termites, which I knew I had. He recommended several different types of treatments, ranging from tenting to spot treatment, depending upon which option I preferred. Prices were comparable to other companies. I wanted to avoid tenting and use the heat treatment, but unfortunately my home owner's association went with another company, and I got tented. I just wanted to praise Joe Greco for his very helpful service and knowledge. If it were my decision, I would use Antac.

Description of Work: Treated interior for various bugs. Attempted to treat ants in yard but after two attempts were still uncessful. I give them credit for controlling the indoor pests but the ants proved to be very resistant to their product/choice of treatment.
