Description of Work: Hi, We had an issue with crickets last year and we used the Antac service then. It was pretty effective and we did not see any insects around. This year we had an issue with Ants so went through them again however this time around we still insects in the back yard, with lots of spiders in backyard.

Description of Work: We had a contract for several years and when we moved I asked them to do a one time service at our new home but not start the contract, they caught me off guard and had me sign a contract ( I thought I was signing for one time service), they raised my contract price, then they did not get my address correct and when I didn't get the bill they sent me to collections after one call to me.

Description of Work: They sprayed the interior. The person that came was very professional and prompt. Weeks later, I found some dead bugs on the ground so it does work. I would do it again if I have any pest issues.

Description of Work: Had the house sprayed for ants and spiders. Having them come back this week as they are already returning in places that did not have them before. Called and they could get me in the system.

Description of Work: I purchased a 99$ preventative pest control treatment (indoor and outdoor) using the angie's list coupon which included a termite inspection, which was the most important part of the visit for me. The person who showed up was extremely unprofessional (didn't want to talk to my husband, didn't do a termite inspection - even when my husband inquired about it, didn't say good-bye or walk through what he did before leaving). Description of Work: Set out traps for mice in house and set up rodent deterrents in back yard. Sprayed perimeter of house for spiders, ants, etc. Went fine; everything was carefully explained. Only problem: Follow up visit was a phone call instead, received well after the time of our scheduled appointment. However, all seems well on the bug/rodent front, so I am happy.

Description of Work: They came out and treated for ants, they informed me if I still had a problem after a few days contact them and they would come out and treat again. They came out a second time and that did the trick I haven't seen any ants since. I am very pleased with their service. I give them four and a half stars out of 5. I would have given them 5 stars but they did have to come out a second time, no complaints they were very apologetic and took care of the problem.
