As well as a fumigation can go, I guess. They didn't break anything and our landscaping next to the house was undamaged.

They came out and I haven't had fleas since that I can find. They are supposed to come back, but they haven't yet. They came out right away, they were punctual and the price was fair.

The quote and office staff were professional and prompt. The wood work was done to match the quote, but when I questioned the work in a few places the worker became a little gruff and at one point blurted out "that's not my job" on something that most definitely was part of the wood work quoted. Some rusty old nails were left scattered around. Overall I would rate this part as fair. The fumigation team was on time and courteous as we scrambled to get ready. The tent went on and came off as scheduled. The workers did an excellent job of not damaging the plants around the base of the house. Up to this point I would rate them as good. This is where to problem started. The inspector was scheduled to arrive at noon, but showed up at 11:30pm the night before when nobody was supposed to be in the house. We were in the area and ended up calling the police when we couldn't figure out who was in the house and thought we were getting robbed. Did we overreact, you be the judge? The company confirmed they were employees and apologized but it still didn't feel right.

I received a return call within 24 hours and an appointment as soon as I wished. The sales rep was thorough in his inspection and showed me all of his findings both on paper and physically. He offered flexible dates, gave all the information I needed to prep for the tenting, set up a drop off date for preparation materials, laid out the timeline of my treatment, and wrote out directions for how to deal with the gas company. Workers arrived promptly for every appointment, including removals, sign postings and removals, final cleanup (even though this was on a Sunday morning), etc.

After seeing a small termite swarm outside my house I called a couple of termite control firms that Angie's List recommended. Both firms sent professional, knowledgable technicians. After they talked me through the experience of dealing with termites we all agreed that we diidn't need to do anything this year. In short, It was a good experience.

We hired Antac Pest Control to tent for termites after purchasing our first home. Overall, we were satisfied with their work. Jake came out to give us an estimate. He was very professional and provided us with a termite report and quote that was generally in line with other estimates we received (however, he noted that we had subterranean termites, which none of the other estimates mentioned -- so either he's very astute or he's overzealous!). He definitely spent some time pushing their "TAP" product, but I didn't feel pressured in any way. Antac's estimate included a bid for the fumigation, as well as bids to repair previous termite damage, treat the subterranean termites, and treat and repair some fungus and dry rot; however, we ended up doing only the fumigation. Because we were having other work done in the house prior to moving in, we had only a very narrow time frame in which to complete the tenting. Antac was flexible and accommodated our schedule. They even agreed to take $50 off their original quote to match a bid from another company. Once we authorized the work, Isabel (the termite transaction coordinator) was very responsive and ensured that the process went smoothly. Although we were not living in the property at the time the fumigation was completed, we met with the crew on the first day. They were professional and careful of the bushes around the house. They completed the work as agreed and on schedule.

The tenting/fumigation company (subcontractor, which is standard practice in this industry) arrived on time and was patient in explaining the process. We actually left town while the house was tented, when we came back they had removed the tent and all was well (unless you were a termite)

We had ants in our yard, so I knew it was a matter of time before they would be in the house. My husband usually sprays for ants himself, but did not have time. They assured me they are eco-friendly, using the most environmentally friendly materials on the market, yet stopping ants dead in their tracks. They sprayed all over the perimeter of our yard, against the house, by trees, windows. etc. They have a 30 day warranty policy, so if you see ants within the 30 days, they will come out and spray again. We saw a few more within two weeks, so they came out and sprayed again. The gentlemen that came were very professional, as was the woman on the phone. I did not sign up for a monthly contract. I highly recommend them and would use them again. I had used this company once before and they stopped the ants dead in their tracks.

They are very thorough. They walk me through what they are doing. They explain the process to me. They are very conscious of the products they use and the concern for pets and children. They are very eco friendly.

Antac's serviceman came and diagnosed the infestation(s). He was knowledgeable and professional, but while trying to push Antac's borate-infused blow-in insulation, incorrectly suggested that the federal energy star tax credit would apply even though we had already used up our limit by installing windows in 2009. The pre-fumigation preparation materials indicated that all foodstuffs (other than those in sealed cans or jars) have to be double-bagged in special "nylofume" bags. Antac delivered only 8 bags (4 double-bags). Not nearly enough for us. Not even enough for one refrigerator/freezer! I asked for more and was given only 8 more. The fumigation subcontractor (Antac doesn't do their own fumigation) was professional and efficient. They provided enough bags so I could hurriedly (frantically!) finish the double-bagging while they were setting up the tent. If you are fumigating, I suggest you insist on getting at least two dozen bags. We ended up renting a cargo van (Budget Rentals at Public Storage was the best deal) to store non-refrigerated foods. The repairs to our termite-damaged fascia went quickly and smoothly.

They do a monthly service. They spray the outside of the house. It costs $69 a month. They did get rid of the ants. We don?t see anything else. They leave a receipt if they come in when I am not here. They do respond if we have other problems. We had a special spider. They researched to find out if it was the good kind or the bad kind. We thought it was a good spider so we left it alone. We are on a yearly contract with them. I don?t like to sign a contract to get them to come out 3 or 4 times. We don?t have ants in the winter season.

I have been having a terrible problem with ants in the house since last May. Finally I decided I needed help so I called Antac. They told me on the phone I would need to sign up for a service for a year. I agreed. A very pleasant man arrived right on time. He sprayed the outside of the house and a couple of places inside and told me that the ants (thousands of them) would be gone the next day. He was right. I agreed to have Antac come again next month, then every other month for a year. I am happy to be rid of the ants.

Called office for information. Person answering the phone was friendly, courteous and helpful. Explained services, honored Angies List coupon and facilitated having technician come out within the hour. Technician arrived, was friendly, smiled, explained services, quickly began working, completed the job and summarized follow-up service included. Very pleased with their professional service.

The price is reasonable. The quality of their work is good. We've had no problem with their responsiveness. They are very professional.

They came on the time intended. The price was alright.

Amazing service! From the person who took my call to the 2 technicians I've met: professional, courteous, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. I was worried about the effect on my pets and had researched information online. They were able to explain product safety to my satisfaction. Just really great people, and to-date, I have not seen a single ant.

From the time I called, everything was done to satisfy my request for same day service--the very personable tech arrived earlier than scheduled, answered my questions and concerns and told me that since access to the swarm was so easy, he was only going to charge the minimum quote on the estimate I had receivedt - he then took care of the problem----felt kind of sorry for him too because he did get stung once during the swarm removal--he told me more than likely bees would not be returning but I had a 30 day guarantee and should call if it was necessary for a return visit due to returning bees. A check of the area the following morning showed all bee activity had subsided.

Very professional, helpful and reliable. Isabel took my call, was very knowledgable, and juggled technician's schedule around to get next day response ( I initially called about bees swarming around my chimney; the next day they had gone.) Mention of Angie's List and paying annual fee in full provided discounts. Brady called to say he was on the way (he was on time), was very knowledgable, pleasant, and professional. Has worked for 2 other pest control firms and spoke highly about Antac and it's owners. Answered all my questions, urged me to call if I needed help or service before next scheduled treatment. I feel confident that this company will deliver high quality service and product.

I gave professionalism a B because I felt the representative who came to the house was an A, but the person who answered the phone and gave me incorrect information was a D. I didn't feel the whole company should be marked as low as the person answering the phone.

The guy that came out was very nice. He explained everything he was doing. We haven't had any problem with ants since they came out. I would recommend them.

This is not the first time we ve used them. Our experience is always great. They are punctual. I had stopped service with them awhile ago because they got rid of the ants and mice, but when they started this service instead of charging me a new service start up, they kept it monthly which was really nice.

This was the first time I have had this done but I was pleased. They cleaned up well after they were done. I would recommend them to anyone. They seemed not to pay attention to the flowers but that was it.

I called them for a termite inspection and they found drywood and subterranean termites. We already have a contract for drywood termites so I had them come by and treat the subterraneans. We have a four unit condo and I wanted a guarantee for the entire unit and they were one of the only companies that would guarantee the whole building; other companies I called said they would only guarantee the area they treated.

Nick answered the phone call and after a few questions stated a price for the pest treatment. Then he asked how I had heard about Antac and I said from Angie's List. He said that there would be a 50% discount on the initial treatment. That immediately got me and I gave him the go ahead. We scheduled the treatment for 2 days later. The work was done by Josh and he answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. He sprayed inside and out. I haven't seen an ant since. I am completely satisfied!!!

THEY RETURNED MY VOICE MAILS PROMPTLY, AND GAVE ME A VERBAL QUOTE ($200) OVER THE PHONE. THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE A ONE TIME DEAL - IT WAS 5 VISITS, 10 VISITS, OR A SERVICE CONTRACT ONLY, SO I KEPT SHOPPING AROUND. ANOTHER COMPANY CAME OUT AND DID AN INSPECTION, AND THEIR SERVICE WAS LESS COST.
