hey were thorough in preparing us, but I also think I learned more by googling to aleve any fears I had about Vicane and tenting the house for termites.

It went great! This fumigation was for our primary residence. We have many delicate plants inside of walls and under decks close to and around our house. Antac was incredible at keeping the tent close to the house while avoiding our plants. The inspector was knowledgeable and could explain all of the details to me, for instance I wanted to know how they check the fumigation level to make sure there was no leak, etc. The post-fumigation inspector was thorough about clearing our house, calling us about concerns and returning to meet us because we had put a car in the garage they needed to open and test before clearing it. The rate was very reasonable. We have continued to used Antac on our rental properties since. Night & day compared to other pest control services we have used.

Initially, back in June, when my home was being invaded by ants, they arranged for a service technician to come the day after my first call even though their schedule was booked. The ant problem cleared up for about 6 weeks. Then, after the second service visit, we still had some ants coming into the house; I called ANtac and they came out within a couple of days. That was in September and the problem was resolved right away. We are now preparing to paint our hourse and I will call Antac for a termite inspection. There was a bit of a lag time between the time I purchased the "deal" on Angie's List and when Antac received payment, however, they still came out and served us. Very professional and responsive.

Josh Long came out on October 5, 2012 and inspected my property for termites. In the rafter area of my garage he found recent activity. Because of an attached neighbor, I live in a duplex, we could only do spot treatment of the problem area. An appointment was set up and verified for October 9, 2012 between 1 and 3 pm. The service manager, Justin, arrived at 2:30 pm and quickly and professionally treated the area. After no response from a previously used termite company I am pleased with the responsiveness of Antac.

We purchased a contract on Angie's List for service every 2 months for a year. The office was very helpful and accommodating in setting up the initial visit. The technicians who performed the service were knowledgeable and thorough.

I bought the one year special of bi-monthly pest control services for houses 3,999 sq ft or under from Angie's List (it was one of their special deals). Antac treats my house & our detached garage. They come out first one time, then they come back one month later, then the rest of the services are every 2 months, so a total of 7 visits per year. They will also come back if you have major issues with bugs in between visits. The first time they came out, both our house and the tenant's garage apt. had a major ant issue. They solved that problem and have been able to keep the ants away. The guy who comes out is very professional and respectful. Very pleased so far with their service.

They heated the apartment for 5-6 hours to kill the bed bugs and eggs. They had to come back a second time 2 months later. They gave me a discount the second time around. They were extremely nice and professional.

It turned out very good. They are very good about coming back early if needed for service. They never charge extra for return visits if needed. They are very good about responding right away if needed.

We still use their service. They do a decent job for what it is. They just spray around the house. The guy who does the service is nice.

They are fine. We are still using them. They have good customer service.

They have been great. I have had a contract with them for the last two years. The ants have been greatly reduced as there are no more mass ant attacks. They are timely, do a great job, and it is easy to get a hold of them. They are very quick to schedule as well. I would highly recommend them.

I have been a regular customer of theirs for the last year. They are doing a great job. I do highly recommend their service. They made a mistake one time and the owner called and took care of it. Their customer service is great.

I like that they were able to get here pretty quick and in a couple of days since I called them. They were very professional and I didn’t do all their services I had originally thought that I was going to. They were really nice and were able to schedule the time to come back.

Antac provided an estimate and supported our schedule. The fumigation went as planned without damage to our 1947 house, garage, patio, fencing, shed, etc. Antac was easy to work with, understood our concerns and provided excellent service.

They are fine. They seemed to be accommodating as far as schedule changes so I am okay with that. I think the price is fine. They are supposed to sweep up cobwebs and sometimes I still see those. I found Antac Pest Control through Angie’s List. They come every 2 months.

They are really good. They come out whenever. It is a set cost. We pay every month but they'll come out as many times as they need to and take care of the problem. Even if the mouse trap catches something and if we don't want to deal with it, they'll come and take it away. I think they are really good.

I appreciated the expertise and honesty of the exterminator. He knew as soon as he walked into the garage that the smell was not characteristic of rats. He quickly found the source of the problem, removed it, and eliminated the odor as best he could. The only minor complaint I have with this company is when I first called and talked to the schelduler. I said I THOUGHT I had a rat in my garage, and I immediately was given a sales pitch for multiple pest control visits to control the rats which involved them coming out every few months for a contract price. If I signed up for that, my initial visit would be less. I think I also had to give them my mastercard number to schedule the visit, and the contract. I reluctantly agreed, only to find out I did not have a rat problem, but something that could be taken care of in one visit. The exterminator noticed the price I was quoted on his invoice when the work was finished, and reduced the cost of the visit and cancelled the contract by writing notes to that affect on his final invoice. But when I received my Mastercard bill, the original higher price was charged to my card. I did not call them (my fault) to request a refund of the overcharge (about 20.00, if I remember right) because I had too many other stressful things going on in my life at that time. Overall, I would highly recommend this company, but unless you are sure about what your problem is, I would defer any long term contracts before the exterminator actually comes out.!

The fumigation was reasonable priced. They came when they were supposed to and got everything done when they were supposed to. I was completely please with this whole part.

The repairs were not very good. They missed one whole section that two other companies missed too. My painter ended up finding the section that was missed by all three companies. My painters had to repair another spot that wasn’t done the best. I feel that they might have been in a bit of a rush. It was not done horribly by any means.

I think they did a pretty good job. There was one antenna we didn't want taken down at the time and so they came out at a later time. They were reasonably priced. The technicians who came out worked quickly and knew what they were doing.

They did an excellent job and I would use them in the future.

They are the bomb. Ever since I've had them, I haven't seen any bugs. I haven't seen an ant in seven years. They come out every other month to provide service. Their methods and products work. They always call to remind me that they are coming out. They provide really good customer service. They answer any question I have if I call. I will continue to use them in the future.

Antac was very helpful, professional and punctual. From the estimate appointment to the actual service, they were quick, neat and informative.
