The service tech was in uniform and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and where he was going to start and how long the process would take. We ended up signing a deal with them to continue serves on a bi-monthly schedule. When we noticed we were seeing more spiders than we would have liked (I understand that has been happening around town), I called them and they came out the very next day.

Good - eliminated all issues with spiders in and outside the home.

We scheduled service 6mo after initial bid. The sales rep remembered my property and quickly set up service. We tented over Thanksgiving weekend to coordinate with being out of town. There were no problems at all. Thanks!

Mr. Benjamin DeLeon from Antac walked first the perimeter of the house giving a through inspection. He gave me all the necessary information, showing affected areas with recommendations. When we hire Antac for the fumigation service they where very helpful and professional.

Problem was bad. They needed two visits, and finally got it under control. I used to be able to control the ants w/ Terro, but it did not work in 2014. This company came in and got rid of them.

It was okay. I would probably give them just an average rating, nothing good or exciting or interesting about them. I was a little disappointed, the fact that it was supposed to be a termite treatment and termite inspection also. The technician didn't know that and I had to tell him. If he told me he wants me to do it, I'll do it. He just walked around the house. It wasn't really thorough. I'd say this is more than advertising common gimmick and wouldn't really give any real service to the customer. There is nothing special about it.They were pretty responsive. They were here on time.

It was good, but some of the ants and spiders have come back. Hopefully, they will come and take care of the issue.

I have to say I have been hunted down on this so many times I have had emails and phone calls. I will just answer. I have mixed emotions on them. They came out and did the job. I talked to the company and I said this is a rental property so please don't engage in any personal comments or you know anything about the job you should call me and they had my cell phone number. They came out and did the service promptly, no problem but I talked to my tenant and according to him the technician decided not to do the inside of the house he only did the outside. He said it wasn't necessary to do the inside. Now I don't know if my tenants said oh don't worry about the inside but that was the whole reason I contacted the company and said if there is any change or any comment, please contact me and they never did.

The ant infestation was taken care of. Have not had any ants in the house since the spraying was done.

There was nothing particularly good or bad about the service. They came routinely and we never had pest problems. I would say I would have liked them to be a bit more communicative about when, where, and what they were doing. Part of this was due to the fact we were renting the house out to tenants and were not there to observe the service being provided. I still think that they could find a way to pass regular messages along of recommendations or concerns.

Virtually solved a long-standing ant problem.

When I emailed, I told them the only thing I cared about was that they spray the eves for termites. She said they can't do any termite treatment with the package, and my only option was to get up-sold by their sales guy, and apply the $99 toward a termite treatment plan. Offered no explanation as to why they can spray the eves for other bugs, but not drywood termites. It's a pretty standard preventive maintenance treatment, and should be common for homes in San Diego. Complete waste of time dealing with this company, including the transaction, emails back and forth, and now having to deal with Angie's List customer service to get a refund.

Took three weeks to get the appointment, I spent two hours waiting. Provider called about 10-15 minutes after the time window expired. I am trying to figure out how to get my money back. Will deal with membership later.

The same company had sprayed just the outside of my house in August 2014, (my decision). This was 7 months later and I was under invasion by armies of ants, with a few spiders and unnamed other bugs also present. With a dog, I was very concerned that whatever treatment I had done would be safe for him and for me while eliminating the bugs from inside the house. When I called to make the appointment, I told the scheduler that I wanted to sign up for a periodic maintenance plan rather than just a one-time spraying. The cost for spraying every 3 months was $64 each time. Also, I could call any time in between treatments if critters appeared, and the company would send someone out at no extra charge. I figure that part of what I'm paying for is peace of mind. I did not need to bag up food or do any other special preparation for the inside spraying. The technician who came out was knowledgeable, polite, and considerate of my needs. When the inside is sprayed, all people and pets have to be out of the house for at least 2-3 hours. I arranged for my dog to go to the groomer and I went grocery shopping. When we returned, there was no smell or evidence that a treatment had taken place. The proof has been in the weeks since then, which have been bug-free. Occasionally, a single ant will appear, probably on a scouting trip, but those are easily dispatched.

The person who came to spray for ants and other insects just didn't seem to care. He didn't much care what I said about where the ants were coming from or where they were going... He just walked around the premises and quicklysprayed here and there, hopped in his truck, handed me a bill and left. Ants, never really went away and now, 8 weeks later, they are back in force. The exterminator that I had used before took his time, asked questions, treated ant mounds in the yard and laid down a seamless barrier around the house... the ants were gone for a year. Unfortunately, they didn't have a special on Angies List so I tried Antac. My Bad. Won't happen again.

They were friendly and did a lot I didn't expect. They knocked down most of the spider webs and sprayed around the perimeter on the house. Unfortunately our spiders lived through it and are still around.

It was very effective. I have not had any bug problems since I had the work done one year ago.

Rep sprayed inside and out. No sign of ants inside the house since treatment. We are very pleased.

Technician arrived in the early part of the service time window. After talking to us, he explained what he was going to do. We asked him about regular maintenance programs, and he provided detailed information. There was no pressure to sign up for anything, and we decided to just use the Angie's List deal that we had already paid for. The work was done efficiently and professionally. Problems with ants decreased immediately and were gone completely in less than a week. Andre did a great job, and we have decided to use Antac on an ongoing basis.

Very pleased with the company & individuals that provided service. Will use if needed in the future & would recommend to friends
