Knowledgeable and helpful representative. The work was performed as specified in contract. I will use them again.

The service was generally on time. It was as scheduled. The account manager was fairly cooperative. The price was good. However, I wish I would have gotten more detailed communication about the schedule. It was a fair price. I would recommend them in general.

I am very please with this company. I am on a bi monthly plan, they always call the night before coming, they get rid of all my spider webs and spray for bugs. They are always dressed professionally and technician is always very pleasant. Price could be a little cheaper though.

Inspection was performed by Josh, who was on time and knowledgeable. He quoted $1500 for the tenting and $600 for wood repairs and primer plus paint. Paint for matching color had to be supplied by owner. The house was empty so everything was easy, no bags to store food etc.. They completed the tenting in the time specified. The wood repairs were done after the tenting. After the repairs we noticed a corner eave where the two ends didn't meet and the wood was cracked and needed filler. We took photos of the spot and emailed them to Josh. The problem area was repaired the next day. We were satisfied with the end result.

They did well. They need to think more out of the box where they should. There was no roof access for parts of the home so should have tried to contact me and explored with me all kinds of ways to penetrate that area.

The guy that came seems to me very knowledgeable and very professional. I chose to go with another company because Antac Pest Control gave me a quote for termite damage repairs but they said they couldn't give me a quote for termite spot treatment. They said I'll have to do the repairs first to know how much treatment they need to do before they could give me a quote for that. The other company gave me a quote for everything so I rather go with someone that can tell me exactly how much it would cost for the whole job. I would probably have them to give me a quote again, if they give me a complete quote I would definitely use them in the future.

Since we had it was better because every year we do have ant invasion and sometimes we do have tree rats and they helped us with that and also they put rat traps for us. They let you know before they're going to come.

A serviceman came out, identified the ants, sprayed, and used gell. When there were a few ants left after two weeks, I called the company and they returned to repeat the service. Two weeks after that, I found a few ants in my kitchen, so they again returned to do the same service. I was not charged for the two extra services as it was still under warranty.

I contacted Antac and was able to schedule both an exterminator to help with our ant problem and a termite inspection within three days. The customer service was friendly and thorough in explaining their program. The exterminator called before arriving to perform the service to give me an idea of his arrival time. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. We discovered there were termites in two external areas of our house, and decided to tent it. The termite inspector was friendly and knowledgable. He offered a discount if we made a decision that day. In hindsight, I think we should have taken a few days to do more research. I was told my neighbor paid significantly less (almost half) for the same service. We could have also chosen to look again to see if treating it externally would have taken care of the problem. In conclusion, Antac provides a great service and they have great employees, but we feel we may have rushed into a major project that might not have been necessary.

Easy to schedule, on time, did not make up damage where there was none to get us to do treatment (as the other company evidently did), very nice, highly recommend.

The people were very polite and helpful. They seem to contract out the actual tenting to an outside company. Overall a good experience.

We had an ant infestation in the house. We hired this company to treat areas and were told it may take more than one treatment. The service technician did what he came to do, but was not very communicative. When the ant problem continued, I recall that they came back an retreated as promised (if ants were noticed within a week). The ant problem did not go away. I decided to use another company. That treatment also required more than one application, but the service technician seemed very responsive and more invested in solving the problem.

Overall it went very well. They were very accommodating for when we had to change our treatment date and had us rescheduled within the work day.

They were very friendly and prompt. They took the time to explain everything and basically did what they said they were going to do and I didn't have any complaints or any worries. I've used them multiple times and plan to continue.

Great job. Mike came out twice and answered my questions. He even suggested how to treat my gates and fence. He went out of his way to help.

I was unable to get a clear answer about whether or not I could get a free estimate for rodent control, but I don't believe they offer that service. I hear mice or rats in between my roof and ceiling. I had to give up because I couldn't seem to clarify my needs with the customer service rep who just gave me a "broken record" response instead of adapting what they could offer to my specific needs.

My original problem is that I had an issue with what I was charged compared to what was offered on Angies list... I called several times to get the issue corrected and they told me there was nothing they would do about it. The guys that came out were good, my problem is with their admin staff. After several calls to try and get them to fix the billing issue, months later someone did try to call me, but I was at the end of my contract and not interested in working with the company any longer. That being said, I have a host of bug issues now that the service has stopped.

We were having very bad ant problems. I got several estimates and was happiest with what Antac offered. They came out and sprayed the first time and we have not had any issues with insects since.

We started using Antac a few months ago to spray for ants and spiders (especially black widows) and they come out every 2 months. The last time they came out which was early October or the end of September and I was having a rat problem in my garage and just happened to mention it to the young man who came to spray. He said he would take care of it at no extra cost. He set large traps in 3 places in my garage and the rat was caught that night! Both young men that have come, have been very professional and polite. Great so far!!

Ant problem under control as is the spider issue. Very happy with the results thus far. Staff very professional and they do give you a few days warning before they spray the property.

The Antac folks were extremely professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process - from initial meeting to completion of the work. Always on time as well. A pleasure to work with.

Termite inspection was thorough (including all exterior, interior and attic inspection). The Exterminator explained in detail what he found and recommended only a "spot" treatment on some of our exterior roof overhang. He told us that the remaining of the home, looked well maintained and essentially termite-free. We scheduled the work to be performed and the treatment was quick and professional. The Exterminator patched the damaged exterior and even painted the patch work after he was completed (with paint we supplied). Very happy with all work performed.
