I wasn't there when they took the job but I think my husband was pleased with what they did; I was only there when they gave the estimate and the man who came out was very nice! I would say that their price was fair and everything seems to be in place.

They were very good. The inspector came and scheduled, it took about fifteen minutes. After a week or two, we decide to go ahead with them. They came in on a Friday, got it all set up and removed the tent on Sunday. It was all positive.

Anthony was very professional and sprayed the area of the nests.

We have used them twice at this point so I think I probably would have to say they are B grade. I would use them again in the future.

I decided to purchased a Big Deal of Bi-Monthly Pest Control Service from Antac since I had used them once before (not bi-monthly but one time) and were pleased. My husband used to spray the yard for ants but now he is too busy. I asked for the most eco-friendly products and was told I wouldn't be happy with them. Our problem is ants in the yard, and I want them dead before they make it inside the house. I talked to the President. I appreciated his honesty. He said the organic products only last a few days--not long enough for the ants to take back to their nests, so the spraying would have to be repeated every 5 or 6 days. He recommended the least toxic product called termador (?) that is time-released, and is a bait that the ants take back to the colony and it kills the ants at the source. I appreciated the time he took to explain this to me. I also like the fact that they scheduled me for one service in June and another in July, and then they will proceed bi-monthly. They said they like to do two months back to back in the summer when it's hot and the ants are out. They sent me a schedule of what months they will come in the next year, and they call the day before to let me know when they are coming. I appreciate their being so organized!

The sales guy was very good, prompt and courteous. They offered good service. The contractors they used were not very good.

We just got the estimate over the weekend. My wife and I need to look it up and see if we are going to go that direction. We are looking over the estimate and we are going to talk and see if we are going to have it done or not. The quote was $650. Our experience with them was good. He was very thorough and very detailed on what they are looking for and what they were trying to do. Overall experience, I was very satisfied.

They were awesome. I talked to other companies and I got quotes for $8,000 and I'm on a budget. Antac Pest Control was the only one that really understood that I just wanted them to do what was necessary. Joe, the exterminator, said that I can figure out how I want to replace the things that are already ruined by the termite later, but he had to kill them now and he can do that for under $1,500. That's exactly what I wanted to hear. He's on top of it, always available to talk or to meet. That was a really good experience. The only bad thing was they tented while I was out of town and by the time I got to my house, it was unlocked the whole time. That's not a Joe thing, he's just a solid guy.

I think they are pretty good. They call us before they come out to let us know when they are coming. When I had a question I called them and they were able to assist with me with the right answers. We are pretty happy with them. They come out bi-monthly. I think they were picked as one of the companies with the deals that you guys emailed.

Contractor was on time and inspected house for termite infestation. Discovered infestions and provide price quote.

Very responsive. Always willing to come back out in between services if needed.

They sprayed out headboard with stuff that was supposed to kill them. Just be careful with what they do to your furniture.

The company is very good to deal with. Our technician is friendly, helppful, well groomed. He has never missed an appointment.

They are pretty good. They are easy to get hold of and they come on a regular schedule. I've been using them for 7 years.

I called because we had lots of holes dug by some critter in our landscaping, and we thought it was gophers. The technician called to say he was on his way, as I had requested. He showed up right on time. He spent considerable time evaluating the damage and concluded that it was not gophers but probably a raccoon. Antac does not trap raccoons, so he was unable to provide any relief, but he provided a lot of information and helped us figure out what to do. I had also asked for help with a bee swarm we had found a few days earlier. The receptionist had said it was bee swarming season and they might go away on their own, which they did. But our technician took the time to look at where the bees had been and to give detailed advice on how to clear off the area to prevent the residual pheromones that might attract bees back to the same spot in the future. When he was done, I asked how much we owed, and he said there was no charge. He said he was in the neighborhood anyway, and since he couldn't directly treat our problem, he wasn't going to charge. I was amazed! I thought at least there would be some minimum charge for a visit. I was most impressed with his knowledge, his professionalism, and his generosity.

I called Antac and they were very quick to repond and showed up within an hour the same day. The inspection was completed within 30 minutes. My home was completely empty, recently cleaned and painted. I was impressed with everything except the service tech bumped his ladder twice and scuffed the walls, which I had to clean and repaint.

Roger is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and responsive person at Antac. Because we are not considered a 'regular customer' we did not receive any calls to set up follow up appointments. I had to call and schedule each time. We had paid for a 30 day program and on day 29 they were out here to remove all of the bait stations outside without notifying me first. I came home to find a receipt stating that the stations had been picked up. When I called the office the next day to find out why no one contacted us to extend our program, the person who answered the phones was curt and not very customer service friendly. Call me a glutton for punishment but I was hoping they would be able to at least finish the job and sanitize the attic area. Justin, who is a manager, came out to look at it. He said it was a small area and normally would cost $1k however would look into seeing if it could be done in house at a lower cost and get back to me within the week. That would have been last week. I called again today to find out, from another person who answered the phone, that he was still working on it but that the minimum would be $1k. Although I am really happy that the rats are no longer in the attic, thanks to Roger, I am really disappointed with the lack of follow up and very poor communication.

We were pleased with their service. I think one of the outstanding things is we were getting ready for renters and they worked around our schedule very easily, changed the time that they came to accommodate when it was going up for rent. They did a very thorough job and we had no complaints.

I would not use them again. They messed something upfront and they didn't really want to take responsibility for it later. They tried not to take responsibility. They missed some wood rot and the home inspector pointed out some wood rot and all the guy did was get very upset that these guys are not supposed to say anything about wood rot or anything outside their area of expertise. They tried to disclaim it. I didn't think they were very professional.

I have been very pleased with the service that I have gotten. I always receive a call on the day before they come out to warn me that I need to keep the dogs indoors for the day. The servicemen is always professional and curtious. The service is always complete and unobtrusive.

They were okay. I had e-mailed them and they followed and called, so they were responsive but when they came out, I guess I wasn't there but my father was here and when they came out, the gentleman was kind of rude, I guessed he was a little upset with how far he had drive for it and my dad said he wasn't that friendly. It's kind of surprising because he knew how far we were from where his office was. That was actually a part of the reason why I didn't go to them. That mostly because I was just really looking for a fumigation quote and they quoted me for a lot more services that I wasn't interested in, so I'm not going to be with them because of that too. They were pretty thorough and the report I got was pretty thorough and they were responsive on the phone.

I like them. They are good. They came on time and did a good job.

Antac Pest Control were very reasonable. My wife dealt with them and she said that they were really good. There was a couple of times when they were going to come back but they didn't, they solved the problem so we weren't worried about that. We were also going to do a maintenance plan with them, we wanted to discuss that with them, but they didn't come back so they lost some money there. We were interested in doing a monthly plan with them but they didn't come back. They are fine, they did a good job. They didn't follow up as planned.

They were prompt, sprayed and it solved my issue. They also left some small traps which fixed the problem the next year. So about the rat, I have only seen one or two ever in my neighborhood. One was eating the cat food (ewww) and jumped into the cupboard. i closed it and called them. They were over in 15 minutes and amazingly, he caught it as it tried to escape. He was going to set traps but managed to bag it...and didn't even charge me because he was there to give a free estimate. My hero! They assured me that it was a random incident, no evidence of others in my home or yard. I cleared out a pile of wood and haven't seen one since.
