Antac Pest Control

Antec was professional and courteous. They showed up on time, asked which pests I wanted to control and then promptly got to work. They were thorough and treated inside and outside for ants. A couple weeks later we had some more ants, and they came right back out for follow-up treatments.

Everything was perfect except the scheduling. Apparently, the spraying and the termite inspection are done by different people and only one was scheduled. The spray guy did work with his office and got the inspector scheduled for the following day which worked well for me.

The team was extremely professional and did a great job. While the original need was to just treat the attic they went over the whole house. The best thing was that they told us there were noother termites, and that we didn't need any more treatments. And, they just did spot treatments that didn't require tenting and that left no residual odor. I highly recommend Antac for any and all pest treatment services. We are considering having them come back and do treatments for spiders and ants. We are sure they will be honest about the treatment(s) we need, and will be the most economical way to get the service.

The service was good. I would definitely recommend them. They were fine. They kept me informed saying that they will be due in 10 to 15 minutes. That all worked out fine. Then he explained the product that he was using because I had a pet and I was a little bit concerned about that. It was good. It was a big deal purchase. It was just the big deal and there was no extra charge. For the service they provided the price was fine.

We had our house tented for termites through Antac. They were very professional and the fumigators who did the actual tenting were very professional as well. The weekend of the tenting a windstorm blew in and ripped the tent. Even though it was late evening, a crew arrived within 45 minutes to repair the tear and re-gas the house. We purchased the roof tile insurance, but the tenters broke very few tiles. Those that were damaged were replaced with tiles that match the roof beautifully. We are very pleased. All went much better than expected. They saved ALL our shrubbery. We didn't lose a single plant. I'll also add we stayed on the property in an RV to watch over the house. Our local police dept advises this because they have had numerous break-ins during tentings.

Things were fine. I had them in and out quickly. They didn’t seem so outrageous on price.

The provider arrived at the agreed upon time and surveyed the problem from a distance. He decided it was a wasps nest and washed it down and then treated it with a substance he said would discourage them from returning to the location. I have seen wasps and bees in the vicinity but none have attempted to nest there.

Did a very good and thorough job. Very pleasant, professional, prompt, and courteous. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone looking for pest-control services.

Michael, the Antac representative explained the service and our responsibilities in detail beforehand. He was punctual, courteous and sensitive to our needs. The crew that tented our garage and house were efficient and polite. The fumigation crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job. Our experience with Antac and the fumigation company was excellent.

The Antac rep covered all the drill holes very well. He was very courteous & explained everything he planned to do. Also made some suggestions as to when I should replace the treated wood.

Their follow-up is terrific and they're knowledgeable in pest control. It's terrific.

it went just fine no problems

Of the 3 estimates I got, only Antac went into the attic to check for termites. Their estimated was professional and courteous. Now Antac does not do the fumigation. They, like ever one else, subcontract it out to Statewide. Statewide did some slight damage to my aluminum patio cover with a ladder. Most concerning was that they dug right at the base of my azaleas to get dirt to seal the tent. Azaleas are very sensitive to this the of digging, and Statewide should have used more care. Lastly, the pellets from the termites were not cleaned up after the fumigation. That is why I gave them a C on quality, which is for Statewide, not so much for Antac.

It has gone well and they do a good job. They come out once in two months. They are very professional and pretty good. I think that their price is on the ballpark but maybe a little bit on the higher side but they do good quality work. They are not the cheapest for sure but they are not the highest also.

Since I couldn't apply the $79 to another type of service (the termite fix was just too expensive for me at the moment. Antac has agreed to refund me the deal. They still have not refunded to me as they described and implied.

Overall they were very professional. As part of the Angie's list deal I bought I get 2 separate services...a termite inspection, which has been completed, and a pest control spraying (which will be done next week). The termite inspector was nice and assessed my property and asked when it was last tented or serviced. He gave me the thumbs up that I did not need any additional servicing at this time, which was good to know (and what I suspected anyway). I would have been suspicious if he tried to sell me on a termite service. But I did go ahead with the pest control plan which is a monthly service where they come out and spray. Particularly we have a cricket problem so that's what they're going to focus on.

We selected Antac to give us a fumigation estimate based on the reviews from Angie's List. After getting additional estimates, we opted for Antac as we found them to be reasonable in price, professional and punctual. Joe Greco, their rep, was quite receptive to our phone calls and numerous questions. Gary and Jensen, along with the rest of the crew, worked efficiently. We appreciated that roof tile insurance was included in the cost as we found other companies, which gave higher estimates, charged additionally for this feature. I can not speak yet of our tile repair experience, as our tent was removed yesterday.

I woke up to an ant infestation in my dining room and called Antac at 8 in the morning, they were able to schedule me that day and the guy arrived at my house at 12:30 to take care of the problem. Very professional and priced pretty well. Answered all my questions and started working immediately. Wanted to share the rapid response and professionalism tidbit right away... The ant problem is anticipated to take a week to clear up fully so I'll have to report back, but so far, very impressed.

The service turned out great. We still have service with them. The service was great, I have no issues, and no concerns.

The first company came out and said home was clear. Antac found evidence in the attic and had information to verify condition. I am a Real estate agent so it was important to me to have a thorough and accurate inspection. I will rely on Antac for any future recommendation for my clients.

Very professional and responsive. They were by far the cheapest gig in town as well. They included roof tile insurance (broken tile replacement) in the price at no extra charge. No problems. I recommend them. Good work and follow-through. Sidenote: ANTAC subcontracted the fumigation to Statewide. No big deal, as they explained this to me. Had no problems with Statewide despite some negative reviews I had read.
