Antac Pest Control

The service went well. The technician arrived on time and was professional. The name on his shirt did not match his real name and he explained that it was because he was new and his shirts had not arrive yet. We have a large house and yard with lots of grass, shrubs and trees. We also have a lot of spiders. There was a noticeable reduction in the number of spiders after the treatment. We have two dogs, one large and one small, and neither showed any effects from the spraying.

They had to come back out to spray again for silverfish. I don't think I'd use them again unless it was a special. They were polite and professional, but they seemed to be in a hurry to get in and get out. Scheduling wasn't easy either. I think this was just an opportunity to get a monthly contract. I just wasn't impressed.

It went very well. The company representative was very helpful to explain what he was doing and did an efficient job of ridding the yard of insects. The ants didn't come back for several weeks, maybe more than a month.

With the exception of a grumpy woman who answered the phone, my experience was very positive. I told my wife that treating for ants was a waste of money, but three weeks later the ants are nowhere to be found. I guess it's true - wives are always right.

Great, I had the outside of the house sprayed and no more ants or spiders. i also received a full termite inspection. Both reps were professional and did not try yo sell me more than i wanted.

The job was done very well. The representative was especially helpful and competent; the work itself was done according to the schedule we had agreed on; and all indications are that the termite problem we had has been eliminated..

The Service window was within a 9 hour period (between 8am - 5pm), which is an exceptionally large bandwidth of time. Due to limited availability of scheduling, had to take a vacation day from work to accommodate. Was told from Antac the technician would call at some point to give us an estimated time of arrival. 4pm: Still no word from Antac, or the technician. Called the office to inquire about arrival time. The answer was: He may not make it today, been very busy. Wrong Answer. In turn, I explained that nine hours of my hard earned vacation time had been spent waiting for their service to arrive - now we're at the end of the day, and this is unacceptable business practice. I expected service before the sun went down. A technician arrived at almost 7pm. Although he smelled like a brewery, he did a thorough job, was knowledgable, sprayed barriers for ants, and set mice traps. The appointment had to be split into a second session to accommodate a different treatment for spiders. The second experience was completely and amazingly the opposite. A different technician called in advance, arrived first thing in the morning - and in fact he showed up 15 minutes before the expected time. Knowledgable and professional, he extracted any and all webs, treated the area for spiders, and by the nature of his performance; we decided to give Antac a try for semi-monthly service for a one-year period. Two weeks later: No Ants, No Black Widows in sight; and no mice. Good Job Antac; lucky for you - Contestant #2 saved your reputation, and gained you a new customer. Most likely these services will be done during the working hours we are away - but because of Contestant #1's performance, we will most assuredly monitor our security cameras to ensure a technician actually shows up when they say they will.

Services weren't performed.

Unfortunately, Bill missed finding 4' of severely infested fascia at the rear roof gable. More expensively, the subcontracted Statewide Fumigation did a very sloppy and careless job setting up before and cleaning after their fumigation. They broke 7 roof tiles, left deep gouges in the pathway leading to our backyard and many clamps lying on our back patio; did extensive and unnecessary mechanical (not chemical) damage to plants on the left of the entrance door; and complete destruction of the Impatiens in the garden strip to the right of the entrance door. Granted, all roof tiles were covered by the included warranty, and seem to have been properly repaired. But it cost me an extra $360 to separately repair the missed fascia after the fumigation. Advice: ensure that the inspection is very thorough - including second floor wood near known termite infestation sites - so all damaged wood can be repaired at one time.

We were very happy with the service - the company was responsive, polite, professional and thorough. Highly recommend.

It went really well. They are very nice and very professional. We didn't even need to leave the house. Three or four people came out do to it.

On time, professional, courteous. Explained entire process. Answered all questions. Sure is nice to eat cinnimon rolls w/o ant topping. I haven't seen a live bug, including ants, anywhere. Technician knows his bugs. Was able to give tips on controlling garden bugs, etc...... He actually knew what a camel spider is, and the brown widow spider. This is the first time in 10 years I haven't been able to control the ants. Within 2 days we were totally free of pests. Well worth the money.

Antac services are very professional and seem to be effective. The original price for the work was $700.00 but after the work was completed, Antac returned $100.00 to me because they decided that $600.00 was the just price for services rendered. Very nice.

They tinted my house several months ago and also provide pest control. They do a great job.

Our experience with Antac was great. The gentlemen came out and did what he called a shock treatment to our front and back yard. He was understanding and spray everywhere in my yard. He knew I was pretty freaked out about brown window spiders around my young kids. I was pleased with his service and will call them in the future.

Just what we needed - got rid of the ants that were starting to invade the house. No more spiders as well...

The man who did the work was extremely polite and friendly and did a thorough job. He even brought a long-handled mop to get rid of spider webs in the ceiling and corners of my garage! The only bugs I've seen since were dead ones!

I contacted them. It was easy to get in touch with them. We are scheduled for them to come out Wednesday.

Every thing went well. They were punctual, courteous, and very professional.

After the three inspections we were definitely sure that we would go with Antac. Tim was able to work with our schedule and when our neighbor wanted to have his property tented at the same time, we were given a sizable discount on our termite tenting. Although the tenting crew was sub-contractors, they were very good and got the job done in a timely fashion and were very professional. I would recommend Antac to anyone who has termite problems. We were very pleased with the service that we received.

They're always on time. It's working pretty good so far. I would use them again in the future.

It went ok. I took the opportunity to ask about a small pile of what looked like sawdust coming out of a pinhole in the wall. He confirmed it was termites, and I set up another appointment. I kind of wasted the money on the baseboards because I had to have the whole house tented. They did the work, and it went fine.

Prior to arrival we made arrangements to have our pets out the house. The protocol is for no animals, people etc to enter for at least 2 hours. The provider arrived within the time frame given, he listened to us about the types of issues/problems we were having with ants and spiders and we showed him where the specific areas were. He started with the inside of the house and then moved to the outside spraying around the base of the foundation. Since that time we have had a marked decline in the ants that invading our home....all the way to 2nd floor. We now have them coming every other month to continue the service.

It was a great experience. They were treating for ants.

They were only able to do partial service. When the technician got here and I walked him through the house, but he explained that I couldn’t be home for two hours after spraying in the inside. No one had informed me of this, he told me it was no problem and that he would just do the outside and I could reschedule the interior spraying later. The technician was very, very responsive and even walked me outside and recommended that I have some very thick bushy trees by the house removed because they tend to attract spiders. I really appreciate his helpful feedback.
