Excellent! Prompt return of initial phone call, scheduled an appointment for estimate and scheduled the work. First rain showed good drainage of all gutters. I was renovating an investment property and dealing with many contractors - Dieter was professional and easy to work with, and the work done looks great.

Called Dieter Weisner for an estimate to replace 30 year old gutters. He was out punctually and spent time explaining what was needed and what was not needed for an effective gutter system. Very impressed with his honest suggestions. Contacted two other providers but Advanced was the most professional estimate and the best price. We set a date for the work, he was there on time and did an excellent job. Matched the colors perfectly and did a very high quality job of installation. Dieter does both the estimate and the installation so nothing is lost in translation. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

I called Dieter on Saturday after reading the reviews on Angies list. I explained the problem to him on the phone. He made an appointment with me for Monday. He arrived right on time. Gave me estimate and was able to do the work right away. It was completed in less then hour for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him.

Deter was the logical choice for our needs. I shopped a bit from top to bottom and although not near the cheapest, we went with him because he was the most responsive, on time, direct, no nonsense contractor I have had since I bought my home. He was there exactly to the minute when he said he would be, explained what, where and why, showed us samples of the quality materials he uses, gave an accurate estimate before he left, was back to work on the date he said he would be, installed quality material efficiently, wasted nothing and cleaned up afterwards. If you want a professional who is what anyone thinks a professional should be but rarely is, then Deter is your man.

We had a "water problem" down the side of our two story house. We needed someone to tell us whether it was a roof problem or a rain gutter problem. I called three rain gutter specialists. All three scheduled appointments, however, Deiter said he could be here in 20 minutes. When he arrived, he showed me where the gutter had pulled away from the house. He fixed the rain gutter and then asked if I wanted the "sludge" removed from the gutter where it had been bowing. He was prompt, courteous and seemed honest since he didn't try to sell me new rain gutters or down spouts. We will see once it rains whether his repairs fixed our problems.

They did a wonderful job. I was so impressed by how they were able to install a gutter onto a round roof. We moved to a new home that needed a paint job because there were so many water stains along the exterior of the house. He coordinated with the painter and soon they installed the gutter a few days before the first rain of the season. Deiter arrived at our house for a free estimate right on time, gave me an on-the-spot estimate, and I hired him to do the job. He returned a few days later, again, on time. He completed the work in about 1.5 hours and recommended two roofing companies to check a few areas on the roof that needed some work. He also took away all the replaced rain gutters for me. He was professional, efficient and informative. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends or neighbors.

Dieter responded to my initial telephone call in less than 24 hr. He was on time for the appointment for estimates. Once my son and I agreed on which vendor to hire (3 estimates), we set an installation date for about one week later. Dieter arrived on time and completed both installations in slightly longer than his estimated time for the work. He accommodated some late minor changes. We selected Advanced Rain Gutters to do the work because Dieter offered some installation suggestions that made the installations look better. A top notch experience from beginning to end!

We got three estimates. The person that came out was very good and very professional. He was knowledgeable and punctual. He had a lot of information and he had all the samples. He explained one from the other as far as the durability. We didn't use them because of the price.

Outstanding! From the initial estimate all the way through completion. The gutters look great and customer service/price were outstanding. I would definitely use this company again!

Before they did that we talked about it, they told me precisely what they would be doing, made sure it was ok with me where they were going to move the downspout to a better location on the back of the house and I agreed with that. They showed me what they would do in the front and along the breezeway and everything. I was very pleased. They gave me a very reasonable price. I set up a appointment and they were here on time and did the job well. I am very pleased.

Dieter answered the first time I called and was able to come do an estimate the next day. The estimate was done quickly, professionally, and precisely. We arranged for a day the following week for the gutters to be installed. During the estimate, Dieter explained exactly where best to put the downspouts, where the gutters would direct the water, etc. He left a graph drawing and an "exact estimate." The day of the installation, Dieter arrived with one other worker and the gutters were all installed in about three hours. They look great and work well. I really like the guarantee that covers parts AND labor for life. The price was on target for rain gutters for my size house (a long ranch style), the service was perfect, and the job well done. Excellent. --- In 2005 , Dieter initially installed some gutters and downspouts for me but due to torrential rains last winter and some roof work, I needed some more. --- Couldn't remember the name of his company, but was so impressed with the work he had done before that I searched for "hours" through old home repair files until I found the old invoice with his contact information to make an appointment. Dieter is fast, experienced, does quality work, is licensed and bonded --- plus he is very acrobatic and nimble, which is also good when you have very high and sharply pitched roof areas with gables! Additionally, he is a sole proprietor and does all the work himself so you don't have to worry about any inexperienced or unqualified helpers.

I like Dieter's promptness and cheerful spirit. He gave you the confidence that he knows what he's doing and even though he could not do the work for us, because we needed 6" half-round gutters, he was the first one on the scene and explained to us all of what we would need, and letting us know which questions to ask. He was punctual and has a great work ethic.
